The flowers at Danville Costco are so nice and so fresh. They last for a long time too!
We want to share a special thanks for Brian (manager) and Chris who took the time to help our volunteer load over 30 cases of water into their car, when they heard the purchases were for wildfire relief efforts. It was much appreciated. And showed great heart.
Employees are very helpful. Their customer service skills are impeccable when it comes to social distancing when helping customers like myself. Five plus
This particular Costco lets all the customers inside as they arrive making it impossible to social distance while shopping. They don't limit the the number of customers inside. I have shopped at this location twice since SIP began in March. Both times I was not able to social distanced inside the store. The cashier lines had 4-5 people waiting per line. I much prefer the Livermore Costco where they limit the number of customers inside allowing for ample space to social distance. It also allows for a quicker shopping trip when you don't have to keep going around people to find the path of least resistance. The cashier lines in Livermore have maybe one person waiting for check out. For my health considerations, I will not be shopping at the Danville Costco again. I would rather drive farther to Livermore.
I really love this Costco. The Staff is excellent and the organization and restocking of the store even during the coronavirus time is second to none.. Best retail operator of all. The only gripe I have is the staff during early hours, when old timers are let in are standing right next to each and anyone entering talking etc. Please use social distancing at the entry way for all staff members. Maybe some sneeze guards as well.
Employees are very friendly and hard working. Clean and get you out quickly. Love my Costco, just wish it was bigger and had gas. But this is a small town for the Bay Area.
Very well-run Costco. Checkers are quick, pleasant and efficient. Must have good management.
Great customer service and friendly staff
Horrible experience getting tires. Will never return fire and auto services! After being quoted 90 min absolute max time, Over 2hr 45 min and still only 2 tires on my truck. NOT BUSY! Watching employees yapping on cell phones, was told 45 min just another 15 min. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Great store—very good inventory. It will be nice when the remodeling is completed.

better managed parking. more helpful employees.
The service by the employees....is excellent....
I love the bread here at this location. This bakery has great value and good quality products.
Employees are friendly and helpful. The store remains reasonable clean considering how busy it always is. Super thankful for all the healthy, organic choices available! Now if we could just stop the inconsiderate sample snackers from leaving their carts sideways in the aisles while they eat....
I have been a member of Costco for over 20+ years and have usually had excellent service. I recently purchased EVERGOOD Pineapple Sausage from the Danville, CA Costco. While eating one of these sausages I bit down on a bone big enough to break my tooth. I went to the dentist and resolved the issue. I made a claim to Costco asking to just cover the amount that my insurance did not cover. I was contacted by Costco and was informed they would not accept any responsibility as they are just a distributor of the products they sell. I was passed along to the company that makes the sausage to find out they also will not take responsibility for allowing a bone large enough to break my tooth get by. I guess it is another case of buyer beware. As usual no one ever wants to take responsibility for anything. Bravo Costco!
