Its a good not too greasy spoon. Food is straightforward and what you expect. Huge portions if you enjoy diner food you'll enjoy here. No complaints.

Great place. My daughter and I have been there a few times. Not too crowded which is very nice. The food comes out pretty fast. And like I've said before; it makes much more financial sense to eat here than McDonald's. You spend about the same for a party of two and get a much better food.

Convenient location right off the freeway. I like Black bear diners for the big menus. 90% of the time I order the French dip "delux" sandwich with the melted Swiss cheese and grilled onions. I order it at breakfast even.
You can order breakfast any time of the day same goes for dinner items for breakfast if you like.
Black Bear diners are consistantly good at every location.

Very disappointed that I couldn’t complete/add to my order, even though it was on DoorDash. Called to see if they could accommodate my request over the phone & was told “No since they can’t charge”. Since we’re on the phone, I don’t understand why they couldn’t just charge while I’m on the phone w them. Seemed pretty lazy to me & now I’m upset. I can’t leave my workplace & that is obviously why I chose DoorDash. If you can’t be accommodating over the phone, maybe you should allow on DoorDash to “add” things to your order. For example, I wanted a omelette but there’s no meat on it? So I wanted to add ham & possibly sour cream. Now have to go w/o since nobody could help such a small request. Very disappointing & will not ever support/order from this place again. JUST FOR THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR. What a joke of a place.
