My wife was raving about the place so we tried it out. The food came out super fast. The service was prompt and responsive. Ambience was a little loud for me as we had to almost yell in order to hear each other. Food tasted fresh and tasty. My fav was the New Zealand Lamb.

Everyone was so kind from the moment we went into the restaurant, to leaving. Food is delicious and we enjoyed everything we got. Amazing drinks as well!! Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

We got: shrimp chow mein, Jasmine Rice, wagyu beef and broccoli, and orange chicken

This place is hands down the best Chinese Food in the Bay Area and the best Chinese Food I've ever eaten! This was my second time dining at Don Hao. I took the family and my parents out for lunch. My first experience eating here was back in February. I kept raving to people and to my parents about how good this place is. The food quality and ingredients are next level! They use Kobe Wagyu for all of their beef dishes and they use Mary's Organic Chicken for all of their chicken dishes. Now what Chinese Restaurant does that?!? None, except for Don Hao! We ordered the Pork Dumplings which were delicious and cooked perfectly. The exterior had a nice texture and the pork filling was so tender and melted in your mouth. The dipping sauce has the right amount of heat and tastes really good. We also started off with the vegetable spring rolls which were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The sweet and sour pork was really good. The orange chicken and general's tso chicken was so tasty and the all white breast meat chicken and perfectly cooked batter on the outside makes it the best combo ever! The sauce tasted great. The Mongolian beef and broccoli beef tasted so good as well. The kobe beef in both dishes was cooked perfectly and so tender. Both beef dishes are packed with an insane amount of flavor. The Mongolian beef is a tad bit spicy but still great. It'll burn your lips for sure though. I'm not a huge fan of spicy food but Don Hao's Mongolian beef is the best I've ever tasted and worth eating. It's a must try. The chow mein was cooked perfectly and tasted so fresh. It has a ton of assorted healthy, fresh vegetables with the best tasting noodles. The vegetable fried rice was light and paired perfectly with all the beef, chicken and the pork dish. Eating it together brought some really good intense flavors out.

The service was nothing but perfect. Our waitress was very nice and attentive to details. I like the vibe at Don Hao. The design of the restaurant looks cool and the lighting/set up inside of the restaurant is nice.

I highly recommend eating at Don Hao. It's some of the best food I've eaten all year. Danville is centrally located and the restaurant is very easy to get to and find. The location of the restaurant is prefect because there's tons of parking and it's surrounded by other places and businesses/restaurants. Overall, it's a great restaurant to dine at.

Go here! The fooooood is great! This place has been a few different restaurants, but I hope this one sticks. We had the general tso chicken, chicken chow mein, veggie fried rice and the glazed sole with pine nuts... divine! Everything on the menu looked great. We will be back!

Superb ambience. Great quality of food ( more Americanized taste than the usual Chinese taste). Bento boxes were awesome. Super fulfilling for one person. Need to return to try other items.

Food was pretty good. I really liked the orange chicken and green beans, although the fried rice was very plain and was kind of. The place also had a very nice atmosphere and the waiter who helped us was very nice.

Top quality ingredients, well prepared. The flavors could be a little bolder, though. The duck was pretty good, though I would have liked a larger portion.

Great food. Excellent service from Brandon. Wonderful atmosphere. We were celebrating my friends birthday, and we decided to try the new restaurant I’ve walked by on my way to the IMX Pilates Studio. We were pleasantly surprised. The honey walnut prawns, spicy orange chicken… delish. We ordered the Bento lunch and for what you get was well worth the $$. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered several entrees for takeout tonight, and it was our first time eating here. It was FANTASTIC! The eggplant, duck, and orange chicken were perfectly flavored, SO GOOD. Chow Mein, fried rice, and eggplant rolls were delicious. Wonton soup was simple but nice. Will probably go with hot and sour instead next time. Overall we were very pleased with our order and will definitely be returning. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a lovely ambience, perfect for a nice dinner or even a date night. Highly recommend!
