The food and service and ambience were good. The restaurant itself was very very loud. Not ideal for a date night. The prices were also pretty high but this is to be expected for a steakhouse.
Steak and crab was not good. Steak was tough and crab was soggy. Baked potato was old. Just not worth the money
It is always a great experience dining in at Forbes Mill! Their staff always provide a very friendly and attentive service.
I took my husband to this restaurant on the recommendation of a patient of mine. From the moment we arrived there, we were seated ahead of our reservation. We ordered drinks and they were delicious! Appetizers were so yummy, the entrees were exceptionally prepared and delicious. The service was excellent. Even the water was good 😀 I am definitely going back there . It was my hubby's birthday and they brought out cheesecake with a lighted candle. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Eduardo was a great server! And, what a small world we happen to have mutual friends and are from the same home town. The food was amazing! So welcomed back the Kona coffee crème brûlée! Yummy! The appetizers and overall food met all expectations will definitely come back.
We had 5pm reservations, at that time there weren't that many customers, which made it nice . The service was great and the noise level was low - easy to carry on a conversation.
We had an excellent dinner. The food was scrumptious and the waiter (Robert) was very attentive and friendly. The overall atmosphere was, as expected, first class. Highly recommended.
Outstanding service from our waiter, Joe. The food was great. The Sweet Chili Prawns were delicious. Love this place
The food was real good - pricey. Two of us had rib eye, and both noticed the meat was undercooked one level. i.e. medium was med-rare; med-rare was rare. But still good.
The restaurant wasn't crowded on a Tuesday night, so everything was more individual. Having said that, Forbes Mill is one of the more elegant places to eat in the area. It easily trumps Ruth's Chris with its service and matches it in every other way.

First timer enjoyed this restaurant very much,we will definitely be back again Thank you...
This is one of my favorite restaurants but last night my ribeye was tough, which was unusual. What was upsetting was the server dumped the the leftover potato au gratin in a container which splattered on my husbands pants. No apology.
Party of six and everyone thought their meals were excellent (and varied among the different steak offerings) except for me who thought his New York (regular, not dry-aged) had a couple of parts of gristle. Very pleasant ambience, although I thought was a little dark. Service was good, nothing to complain about, but not the highest level. All-in though, I give this a five out of five. We'll definitely go back.
Excellent service Reasonable pricing Everyone loved theri steaks Nice ambiance although a bit noisy Overall excellent
The service was good but the food was not as tasty as it used to be. We would go here once every couple of weeks, maybe now not so much.
