Not safe for celiac! Although it is labeled gluten-free and I have been assured, they will take precautions in the kitchen, I have gotten very sick Eating here. The food is delicious, but I would not eat here if you have a serious allergy/auto immune condition.

Disappointing food experience.. not tasty, all the same bland flavor. Fried rice was just soy sauce on rice, will never return.

I travel a lot for work and love Chinese restaurants. This one one is superb.

I’m not insure what happened but the food today was much worse than couple of years ago. Maybe that’s the takeout think, but my shoo had very little chicken and was mostly cabbage.
Spicy sweet and sour chicken had super thick dough.
Mongolian beef was tender, but lacked flavor and was a bit skimpy on meat.

Given the price, we were expecting much better.

So good! This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Bay Area. The fried dishes are thin a crispy not too heavy on the badder. Serves is very accommodating.

The food is as good as I remember it. When I lived in the area, I used to go to this restaurant with my family. I'm glad to see that this restaurant has survived COVID. Would I highly suggest going here if you are ever in the area.

I have been to a bunch of Chinese restaurants in the area, but I always keep coming back to Leo's. The food is just better here, and some of the best Chinese cuisine you'll find in the East Bay. The unassuming family-run restaurant is rather small, but the service is excellent, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. And they are very agreeable to modifying a dish to suit your taste. The menu is large and features some unique dishes. The tangerine beef was a perfect combination of sweet, tangy, and crispy... almost like eating candy. And the dried cooked green beans are a regular favorite for me, crunchy and flavorful. They have a full bar and wine list too. Always a good meal here.

Very good good at a reasonable value, good service and clean restraunt, nice environment as well

Vegetarian options: The menu was very detailed with many options including vegi options

Parking: Huge parking lot right in front of the restraunt, it was fairly busy around yet still had a lot of parking
