Every time we come here the busser Yurey is always doing something. He absolutely wonderful, i hope that LP trains him to be a server. I use to work in the restaurant industry and i feel its so important to acknowledge the ones that keep everything rolling. LP is lucky to have Yurey. Id hire him to come work for me!
Food prices are pretty steep. Food is good not excellent. Refried beans are the best. High rent in Danville is probably to blame.

Got a Carne asada plate with the rices and beans, VERY MID usually the carne asada is seasoned and grill, tasteless and it looks the meat was just cooked quickly NO SEASONING TERRIBLE!
The food stole the show, while the staff was great and the parking we easy the best part is the food.

Hadn't been here in a long time since it was always hard to get a table. Used to love it, but not so much now. Food was ok. They now charge for chips and salsa!!! This place used to be good, but unlikely that I go back.

They charge $3 for chips... No Bueno! YOU NEVER charge for the chips! I dont return if there is a charge on the chips. Also the only napkin on the table was the one wrapping the utensils.

Good food. Large portions. The shreaded chicken burrito was full of chicken but not much flavor. You can add some salsa to make it better.

We had the chicken happy burrito and bottomless chips and salsa. The burrito was amazing, the perfect balance of everything in the burrito, and the chicken was tender and juicy. The chips were good and the salsa was homemade and delicious. Didn't get the servers name but he was friendly and did a very good job. We will stop here again on our way through town

The three of us all had the same dish, three ground beef crunchy tacos a la carte. The waiter said it wasn’t on the menu but that he can accommodate us. The shell was crunchy as it should be but the meat was, to me, un-seasoned. The salsa, all three, were bland. Maybe it was an off day for the cook staff or they cater to a customer base that prefers a milder version of Mexican food.
Best Mexican food in the East Bay.
Attention to detail is everything!!!
I used to go here all the time when it opened. BCRs are a tried and true staple. The potato taco is a rare sight at Mexican restaurants and very good. Definitely recommend this place.
The cheese enchiladas are my fave. One burrito can give you like 3 meals they're so huge.
The Chimichsnga is a monster, but so delicious
Parking: They're closed Sundays and Mondays, so plan accordingly! They also take a couple of weeks off around the holidays, so check the hours before you go
