If I could give a zero star or negative, I would! Young female waitress is very rude!!! Party of five and had automatic gratuity when not worth it. Then her and older lady started speaking in different language about us and older lady said sorry. Told her don’t be sorry, just know that you just lost our service. Never have I heard of automatic gratuity of four or more people at a restaurant. Rude is to say the least
Food was very good service was great we got there before it got busy with the the Sunday car show

One of our favorite Thai spots in the Tri-Valley! The dishes are full of flavor with generous portions. The family who runs the restaurant is very lovely.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Tri valley area. We've tried most of their seafood menu and they're all fantastic ❤️

I love this food. It's the best in the tri-state. It's like you're flying in air, like you're in heaven.
Wonderful restaurant! We always get the same thing, Mango curry. But everything looks great, but the mango curry is so great that we always end up getting it.
Very good 👍
Lotus Thai blew my mind on New Year’s Day! My family of five, plus our dog, stopped by, and everything from the food to the hospitality was top-notch. The Pad Thai? Easily the BEST I’ve had in the Bay Area—perfectly balanced flavors and generous portions at fair prices.
The owners, Ken and Pommy, bring a personal touch that makes the place feel like home. Locals even dropped by to wish them a Happy New Year! Outdoor seating is cozy with heating lamps, and the convenient parking lot (a rarity on Hartz Ave) made it stress-free.
Would I drive all the way from Fremont again? Absolutely. If you want amazing Thai food with genuine hospitality, this is the spot.

Bad restaurants。 pre-collect service charges on their bills, but still leave a blank tip box on the bill, which careless guests will pay extra tips.
Lotus Thai Restaurant in Danville is perfect for a quick and delicious lunch. The service is fast, and the food is always flavorful and fresh. Great spot for a tasty Thai meal when you're on the go

I ordered via Doordash while visiting family in the East Bay, Drunken noodles was fresh wide noodles, not the dry type. It was good. I also ordered the stir-fried crispy pork belly with basil. The first time I have seen this dish. Thai tea was intense without overly diluted like some other Thai restaurants. Will definitely visit or order again.

5/5 for food - went for weekday evening Dinner - Lot of Vegetarian options. One of the best in the bay tom kha soup, fried rice and the yummiest yellow thai curry. Pretty good quantity for the price.

The food was really really good, especially the basil fried rice is a must try! The quantity is pretty generous for the price. However, the space might get a little tight if you are bringing a large group and on weekends. Service and ambience was neat!

I don't understand what the lady at the front desk's issue is, but she is seriously so rude if there isn't a tip involved for her. Who owns an establishment and allows their employees to bully the customers because they didn't tip for a takeout order?

This is our go to spot for Thai food in DT Danville! There are many places to go, but when you get the kit AND kaboodle with service and food, it's a winner.
Chicken Pad Se Ewe with a little extra p-nut sauce and the 3 Brothers are always on our order.
