Food and drinks are generally great, but the service is consistently terrible. In the 4 visits I’ve had, not a single order was correct, complete, or didn’t require me to flag down staff. Please make it more clear who you can speak to to get your food. We just had a visit where they gave me a number to have our food dropped off, only received one item, and then asked me why I had one as we waited for another 35 minutes. Staff tried to tell me that they were making a sandwich that I saw was ready for me when I asked them to heat it up for me 😂

Staff was not really prepared when they opened. The display case hardly had any food in them. It should have been fully stocked before opening at 7am!! Umbrellas from outside were sitting on tables inside, croissant with ham and cheese served cold to us (not warmed up). Who does that for a morning sandwich!! A staff member, obviously on break or off the clock, sitting at a table listening to something on his air pods sprawled out on one of the tables. Spent a lot of money, brought my grandkids before school, but will never go back!! Never even finished the sandwiches!!

For the price, the food is sub par. But the service is even worse. Baristas, cashiers and even the manager are entitled, rude and disrespectful. Not only was our order messed up, but instead of simply acknowledging and making it right, the staff decided to spin it into their mistake being our fault and we were not allowed to even inquire about a resolution. We will take our $50+ coffee and pastry order elsewhere, and our tips. Recommend others do the same.

I gave them 3 stars because normally they’re a 5….but this visit is a 1. We drive 70 miles and wait in long lines to come get their chocolate croissants and pain suisse, often. Yesterday I picked up 2 chocolate croissants and 4 pain suisse and every single one of them was dry and not buttery at all. In fact they were the worst croissants I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased many and have had them a day or two after and they’ve always been excellent. I ate these the same day of purchase and it’s as if they were a week old. I really hope that they’ll be better next time.
Hands down the best croissant I’ve had in ages - impossibly flaky layers, buttery perfection in every bite. The canelé was caramelized and custardy inside, and the baguette? Crisp, chewy, and full of flavor - was not ‘rock hard’ like other places. Truly worth going out of your way for!

Since its opening I have visited this place weekly. I have been very disappointed with the decline of the service and quality of almond croissants. Hot drinks are served cold and even after complaining no resolution is offered. This Friday they ran out of coffee mugs and plates. Seems like retraining of staff and quality control will payoff in future of the business. I hope the owner takes this 3 star review as a positive feedback and corrects these major issues.

We enjoyed very much of the carrot cake slice and double caramel !! It was a weekday 2pm and we were waited on right away with good service. But Olivia stands out the most, she works hard at her post, responsive and friendly to answer my questions !! Bought a couple pumpkin bread to take back to Texas. I highly recommend this wonderful bakery.
