This restaurant has been consistent for years. Good food (last visit food was a little salty and bland, but overall, typically, it's delicious). The atmosphere is nice and servers are great. Drinks are good too, I didn't like the Guava Cider though. If you haven't tried it, I'd make a reservation. You won't regret it.

We celebrated our anniversary at Piatti's. I had the chicken and my husband ordered the sole. We enjoyed the bread before dinner and each had a delicious dinner salad. Our waiter was most attentive and accommodating, which made our experience even better. I recommend Piatti's private label Cabernet.

Our dinner reservation was for 8:15pm. We were advised that the table we were assigned still had people sitting there and they should be leaving in a few minutes. The table had already paid their bill an hour prior to our arrival. After waiting 25 minutes we were seated at a high table and then moved to our assigned booth. Management should have notified the customer's in a nice way that there was another party waiting for the table. Instead they felt it was okay for us to wait for the table knowing they close at 9pm.

Our server was amazing. He was the best I have had in a long time. Prices have gone up a bit and they tack on the 3%"health charge" so it's not the value that it used to be; however, the food was very good. Still a great restaurant to take someone for a special occasion.

I have not been to Piatti in years so first time since the remodel. They offer a good portion and delicious food at a fair prices. Our servers were very nice and I will defiantly go back.

Fantastic food and service was superb. Pricing wasn't too expensive and the menu had a good variety of choices. Little tight on seating space which can increase nose at peak times.

This was my first visit since the reopen. I was really looking forward to this experience. The service was top-notch. I had the salmon. It was rather dry. They also removed my favorite dessert, "Crème Brûlée."
Overall, the experience was average & disappointing.

Update: Just finished the salmon. Tastes much better as a leftover.
Bring back the "Crème Brûlée" & I'll give it another try. Added a star.

Really enjoyed the dining experience at Piatti. It was my first time there but it came highly recommended. The menu was awesome 👌 the food was great and the service was friendly and prompt also knowledgeable about the menu. I like to ask what the personal favorite is and the most popular.

As longtime patrons we were excited to visit and take in the new look. The restaurant looked great however the service was absolutely horrible. Our server was clearly unhappy with her job. It took 15 minutes at 5pm to get a drink and when we inquired as to the issue we were told the machine didn’t print the ticket. This from a manager who also didn’t want to be there and was completely incompetent. So very disappointing. We will not be back anytime soon if again.

It was great being back after the remodel. The place looks refreshed and nice. It was also wonderful to see our familiar, excellent staff. I think there were a few growing pains after the new remodel. Here are a few of our disappointments from our dinner last night : - The heights of the new table and chairs were not ergonomically comfortable. The table was too high, and the chair was too low. I felt like a kid sitting at the table, even though I am 6 feet tall. -We looked forward to ordering the warm chocolate cookie for dessert, but it was removed from the menu. Instead, we ordered a Thin Mint Martini, which they also no longer had. - Service was slower than usual. Maybe everyone is just readjusting after coming back. - The martini glasses are smaller. They used to be a good value in a generous glass, but now, a tiny glass is not a good value.  We will definitely go back.

They just reopened after some months for renovation...good job with that. They did reduce the menu significantly (and the portions with a tat increase in prices)...main issue is in their service, they're all over the place with no real attention given to the customers needs. They take your cutlery away then bring the food with no cutlery (wait minutes for that)...water has to be refilled only when you ask for it...we even asked for a box to take some remaining food with us but then another waiter just took it and threw it ??‍♂️
