Enjoyed our family birthday celebration at Piatti's. Nice ambiance and variety in the menu. They allowed us to bring our own birthday cake without a cake charge. Thank you for helping us with the celebration!

While food and service was very good, I am providing a low service score because Piatti will not do couples checks. If you are dining with another couple, you sometimes have very different tastes and alcohol consumption levels. Splitting a check isn't a fair option. We will not be returning to this restaurant with friends for this reason. I find it hard to believe separating checks by couples when requesting this in advance is so difficult.

We were there on a Friday at lunchtime. We were promptly seated. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We all chose a different panini and were all happy with our choice.
