One of the staff was very rude. He lowered our heater In a cold weather. While others had it in full. With that much attitude he doesn’t know how to serve people and provide good customer service. It’s mentionable that the lady working at front was extremely nice, just our experience was ruined by the other staff.

Hello, I’ve been coming here many times and it has never disappointed me, which is why I wanted to share some feedback from today’s visit.I ordered the Thai salad and the steak sandwich with a side salad. The taste was great as usual; however, the lettuce was noticeably wilted, which was disappointing given the high standard I’m used to here.I just wanted to kindly point out that if the lettuce doesn’t look fresh, it may be better not to serve it. I truly enjoy your food and hope this helps maintain the quality you’re known for.

We decided to give Sideboard another chance after not visiting for a long time due to consistently poor customer service and unfortunately, nothing has changed.
My girlfriend and I came in, ordered food and coffee, and sat down at a table to work on our laptops. When a lunch rush came in around 2 PM, a woman named Erin (alleged Owner) approached us in an extremely rude and abrupt manner and told us to move to a “community table.” There was no explanation of what that was, where it was, or why we were suddenly being treated like we were in the way despite having already ordered food that was on the way.
The issue wasn’t the request itself, but the delivery. We were made to feel unwelcome and like we were simply taking up space rather than paying customers. There was no courtesy, no attempt to explain policy, and no professionalism, just attitude.
This interaction confirmed why we stopped coming here in the first place. Sideboard may have okay food, but the consistently rude service makes it not worth returning. We will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone who values basic respect as a customer.

Wow! Great eclectic place to eat. We loved the beef entrees. I got the flat iron steak sandwich and it was perfectly cooked. Tons of fresh fries piled on top! Suggestions to SB would be ask if folks are first timers, because we were a little lost regarding silverware/water. Heaters in the outdoors could be turned up a bit more, it was Chilly 😬 Thank you for the complimentary pastry-perfectly fresh and yummy.
