Just discovered this spot and it’s has the best sandwiches in the East Bay. Super super fresh and delicious! My favorite is the Slow G’s roast beef sandwich. They make the roast beef in house there. Also the workers there are very personable and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Went in with high hopes. Soggy sandwich with not much taste, and over priced. Im not sure if I’d go back again to give it another try. I’m bummed about having to lave a negative review, but hoping the owners will reassess what’s being served.

I had the vegan torta, I am just going Plant forward and wasn’t expecting to like it that much, but you don’t miss the meat. Absolutely the best sandwich ever, I can’t wait to go back!
A accidental find when I stopped to get gas and so worth it! I got the Italian Chicken sandwich on their costumer favorites list and was so good! The bread was moist and the sandwich was stuffed/dense to perfection with all the ingredients. Definitely will stop again when I pass through.

I can't stop thinking about the Tikka Chicken Sandwich since I first stopped in the other day with my partner to try it. They have a small menu posted out the front window that snagged our eye as we walked past while visiting a thrift shop. The entire place smells like delicious spices when you walk in.
If you're a fan of Chicken Tikka Masala, this sandwich does not disappoint, and it is completely stuffed full! We split one sandwiche between the two of us, but my partner insists on getting a whole one for himself the next time we stop in, which will likely be soon!
The eatery has a few tables, both indoors and out for seating. Complimentary water from a dispenser on the counter and plastic cups for easy self-serve. We took our sandwiches to go, and the wait time was minimal.

Slow G's is our go-to for a healthy lunch or road trip takeout. The selection of sandwiches and loaded salads is fantastic. All their proteins and sauces are freshly made in-house. All the ingredients are of the best quality and freshness. Try their pork or beef J's sandwich or a superfood Tuna salad. Treat yourself to a delicious cookie as well. The owners are the nicest people as well!
