I would like to share my recent experience at your location on Saturday, July 19th, which I hope can help improve customer service moving forward.

I placed a mobile order for a simple hot tea, expecting a quick and smooth pickup as I was on my way to work. However, upon arrival, I was met with resistance from an employee named Sean, who identified himself as the supervisor. When I asked about the status of my order, he told me I would need to wait and mentioned there were several orders ahead of mine. I explained that I had ordered ahead online specifically to avoid delays and that it was a simple item.

Instead of offering support, he suggested I cancel and request a refund, which would have taken even more time. When I expressed my frustration, he repeated that it “did not make sense” and declined to provide the manager’s contact information when I asked for it. I mentioned that I knew Money, one of the district managers, but he ignored the comment and walked away.

What was most disappointing is that when I returned to the store later that evening around 6:00 p.m., I overheard him speaking about me in an unprofessional manner near the training group. I chose not to escalate the situation further in person and decided to write instead.

As someone who values Starbucks and frequently visits your stores, I was surprised by the lack of courtesy and professionalism from someone in a leadership role. I truly believe individuals in customer-facing positions should be held to a higher standard of respect and service.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate action is considered. Thank you for your time and for looking into this matter.

As much as I hate going to this Starbucks it’s the only one that’s closer to work ??‍♀️ terrible job! Every time I order here there’s always something wrong with my order my drinks never comes out right. It’s annoying its frustrating to deal with. Just throw the tea in with the paper why not ?

Recently visited this place and had an absolutely delightful experience. The smiling and friendly employees created a welcoming atmosphere. The store was impeccably clean, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating arrangements. The quality of the coffee and the overall ambiance make this place

This location was just very dirty. Maybe it was a bad day or a short staff day, but there was garbage all over the ground and tables, just a mess.

This Starbucks is our go to place and we get the same thing almost daily…but they got all new staff and the drinks are horrible now. Ordered online yesterday and it was very bad…I hope they figure it out soon!

Pull into this location, ordered online, and the employees have the door locked, standing inside, just looking at us waiting to get in. Terrible service, it’s 7:45am and many other customers have been ripped off, making purchases online and they refuse open the doors, or put up a sign as to why they’re closed???? Pete’s it is going forward.
