As much as I hate going to this Starbucks it’s the only one that’s closer to work ??♀️ terrible job! Every time I order here there’s always something wrong with my order my drinks never comes out right. It’s annoying its frustrating to deal with. Just throw the tea in with the paper why not ?

Recently visited this place and had an absolutely delightful experience. The smiling and friendly employees created a welcoming atmosphere. The store was impeccably clean, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating arrangements. The quality of the coffee and the overall ambiance make this place

This location was just very dirty. Maybe it was a bad day or a short staff day, but there was garbage all over the ground and tables, just a mess.

They need to clean the place the garbage cans are always overflowing and garbage on the floor and the bathrooms are either out of order or filthy it says a lot about a restaurant when garbage and filth are the main thing you see when you walk into establishment doesn't look very inviting besides taking 30 minutes to make a frappuccino and then it's wrong.

Drinks are good, but the facility is really, really dirty. Overflowing trash cans and very dirty table tops and floors. Cannot tell when the last time they cleaned was.

This Starbucks is our go to place and we get the same thing almost daily…but they got all new staff and the drinks are horrible now. Ordered online yesterday and it was very bad…I hope they figure it out soon!

Pull into this location, ordered online, and the employees have the door locked, standing inside, just looking at us waiting to get in. Terrible service, it’s 7:45am and many other customers have been ripped off, making purchases online and they refuse open the doors, or put up a sign as to why they’re closed???? Pete’s it is going forward.
I pray to God Chris doesn't quit this place! He absolutely greets, thanks, and provides customer hospitality to everybody! He always ensures my drink is made correctly to my preferences & he's such a polite young man! He's very approachable when it comes to chatting especially when I wait for my mobile drinks to be finished while my grandchildren are with me. I feel very happy walking into Starbucks, even when there's a rush, he notifies everybody of an accurate time for their drinks to be ready.

I rated this Starbucks 5 stars mostly because of this guy named Chris. Chris is a barista who provides amazing customer service and is very nice to me. He's not like other baristas that are very impatient and rude. He's very patient with me and nice. Every time I come here I always tip him because of the customer service and how good he makes my drinks.

This Starbucks is an amazing place to drink your beverage, relax, and get your work done. But, if you come here from 2:30- 4:30 on any given work week day, from the months of August to June. Get ready for the loudest, longest, and youngest lines of Starbucks history! AKA, Srvhs has released their bored rich kids who are ravenous for coffee in the afternoon. If you go during these times, settle for the one in downtown, less kids go there. I can respect the hustle though, corporate is making bank off these kids.

The whole crew's attitude was super unprofessional and rude. The guy who rung me up didn't say a word and left halfway through the transaction. He walked into the back without saying a word and left me standing there without any help. Finally the other worker had to confirm my order and give me my receipt. Also the drinks were watered down and not the best I've had. Definitely do not recommend going to this Starbucks. This Starbucks needs to work on building more skills in customer service..
