I am obsessed. With Starbucks. I like some of there drinks but I made my own personal fav. Here is the recipie if you like sweet drinks ? Pink drink with no strawberries, light ice, vanilla sweet cold foam, and 2 pumps of vanilla syrup. I call it the cotton candy drink ?

Been going to this Starbucks every Saturday for a few months now- it’s probably the slowest service I’ve experienced out of all Starbucks locations. Not sure if they’re just short-staffed on Saturdays or if it’s the baristas. I usually wait at least 20-30 mins for one drink. Unfortunately, my daughter’s class is nearby so it’s the only one I can go to on Saturdays. I frequent other locations on the weekdays and no matter how swamped they get during the AM rushes, I never wait more than 10 mins.

In the last year Starbucks has had it stock price drop from $125 TO $75 and they have gotten a new CEO. This Starbucks location is an example of a company that used to provide a premium experience and now provides a sub-par experience. They have increased the price and lowered the quality of the product. This explains their lack of profits and lowered stock price. Packets of sugar, stir sticks, and cocoa powder are no longer available at a self serve station. The barista was busy and I felt like a supplicant begging to get his attention when I asked for sugar packet and then he told me there was no cocoa powder available. Starbucks Corporate has a bunch of bean counters focused on cutting back costs rather than understanding their mission is to delight customers. I cannot believe enough sugar is taken from their stores to lower profits. I will try ANY coffee purveyor other than Starbucks if I can find one near where I want to shop. Starbucks has lost their way. I hope they go out of business as competitors cut into their market.

Starbucks is a great place to have a quick coffee or other drink at. It is always reliable and quick. From the brownies to cake pops the snacks are always great. The drinks are the real specialty though. I love getting the chai latte and other fun drinks.

This is the only time I've been truly bumbed treating myself to Starbucks. I paid for caramel to line the cup of my White Mocha, obviously paid extra for it, and when I got it I had to turn the cup around to find maybe two very small dots of caramel. It made it worse by the fact that the lady picking up her drink next to me (looked like the pretty mich same drink, size, etc) had caramel lining her cup completely, easily visible. As a pregnant woman, when I say I'd like caramel, I really would! I've never had a cup "lined" with so little. I understand it's only 60 cents, but with a tip and all, it was a total waste. Could have easily gone without the drink as it tasted bitter as well. The cashier was friendly and so very sweet, so I hope she gets the tip! Maybe I should have spoken up, but I think I was rather stunned to see such a difference with my hard to find caramel lined cup, and the completely lined cup of the lady's next to me. What a bummer. If I ever come back to this location, I feel I'll need to specify to please actually line the cup, not just dot it with a couple small bits of caramel. I don't want to seem rude, but what a waste of a usually very yummy drink!
Parking: Easy to park! Plenty of spaces even in the next lot over within 1 minute walking distance.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of handicapped parking and ramps, no stairs at all, with wide doors/entrances.

Gotta say been to many Starbucks, and this one is special. It's awesome the coffee is always made very well, and in a timely manner, the staff are courteous, the manager constance made it even better with her professional and kind Demeanor,All in all it's a great corner shop to go if you just want to relax and enjoy coffee or your on the go. 100/10 definitely recommend
