Called my name but the cup wasn’t set ready to pick up and accidentally grabbed another persons drink, felt bad for the lady who waited there longer than when I walked in.

Ordered for Americano . Asked for little of cold milk at side . Ladies conveniently ignored and let me waited for 10 minutes and then also naively said what”s your question . I had to leave disappointed without it .Ladies behaviour at the counter was blunt and seems they don’t like customers visiting their cafe although cafe was not very busy. I will avoid next time coming to this Starbucks.

The employees were very helpful and, when we accidentally ordered the wrong drink, re-made it for us for free. They also offered free samples of their new watermelon drink, which was also very nice.

I couldn't believe I ordered an oatmeal and an everything bagel. 12 minutes past I didn't hear my name for my order so I get up and approach the register and the cashier hands me my order which already had been placed in the pick up area . So I'm asking they couldn't pronounce my name or what. "MY NAME IS JUAN." I just hope they weren't being racial.
