This place sucks. I didn’t want to complain but multiple times we’ve visited our orders will be missing items and they’ve refused to provide a refund for the missing items when I’ve called in. “You have to come in and present your ticket” they say. It’s 2025. They use digital kiosks and take credit cards but don’t have the ability to refund people unless they physically return to the store. If I’m ordering from a drive thru I have somewhere else to be.
I shouldn’t expect great service from a Taco Bell but somehow the staff here manage to not clear the already low bar.
If it was affordable that would be another thing, but you’re paying sit down restaurant prices for a literal Taco Bell.

They make great taco. Much better than San Ramon Cantina hands down. The place is clean, the staff is professional. The environment is great for dine in. For the same price the experience is much better then the other cantina.

Soon as I walk in Raul stares at me. I stare back, waiting to be addressed. Raul says, what do you need? I said, I have cash. I’m trying to order something to eat, he again says OK what do you need? I think that that’s a terrible way to address anyone walking into a business, spending hard earned money. This was my second time there and I decided to go in and eat because it looks so nice. But the customer service wasn’t so nice. Diversity training skills or better communication training would be best for Raul in this type of professional work environment.

You will mostly see teens and young adults. Adults at the bar. It’s always a vibe in there.

Outside during good weather this is the nicest taco bell I've ever seen. I visited at night while it was raining. Inside is a very standard taco bell. Ordering is done through kiosks. I like this because I can see pictures of all items and choose what to subtract or add to them. There is a bar where you can order drinks (including an alcoholic baja blast slushy), but while we were the my friend and I waited at the counter for 10 minutes while tender made three other drinks and disappeared so we gave up. There was a mistake with my order but it was fixed very quickly. Overall, if you go for taco bell you will get exactly what you would expect from any taco bell. If you go for the atmosphere or drinks it will be hit or miss.
