Food was ok. Server was so rude and dismissive and condescending. He kept making strange, belittling remarks and refused to answer any questions about the menu. At one point he just stopped serving us and the hostess cleared our plates, brought us our check, etc. Had to order drinks from the bar. Not sure why he had such a huge chip on his shoulder or who hurt him but he definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Criminally underrated. Definitely deserves FAR more praise and attention than it’s gotten so far. Great food, great wine selection, wonderful service.

Our favorite dishes were the focaccia bread, persimmon salad, lamb sliders, and the espresso creme brûlée. We were also excited to hear the menu changes every season - looking forward to our next visit.

Virtue + Vice is a really nice place and has good food. Sadly the place was bit empty on a weekend when i went for brunch. Their espresso martini was really good.

Food quality is not good. Many dishes tasted like they came from a can. Everything was either over seasoned or bland. The three different Mac n cheeses were virtually indistinguishable from one another. Cocktails were not well balanced.

Hidden away is this really eclectic restaurant, some fabulous thai dishes, gourmet smash burgers, coq au van, beef tenderloin, pistachio crusted salmon, fancy Mac and cheese trios and excellent desserts. The cocktail menu is incredible and very unique. They take pride in their food for sure, and it was refreshing to go to a restaurant and not be bored with the same offerings. Too many options to choose from is not a complaint! Very friendly staff and reasonably priced. We will be back for sure.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Danville for appetizers and drinks! Their service is absolutely fantastic, the ambience is so cute, especially if you sit outdoors, and the food is delicious!

The sauce on the salmon was to die for! What a great new restaurant. It is great that they give-back to non-profit organizations too! Give it a try--I think you will be as pleased as we were.

My family celebrated my sister's birthday with dinner here. Chris was a great server who ensured we had everything we wanted. The food was fantastic! My favourites were the Thai basil chicken and the bucatini marsala. The watermelon salad and tea leaf salad were delicious, too. The creme brulee is a must-try, while the olive oil cake is a great way to end a meal. I highly recommend Virtue + Vice for dinner. I want to go back and try the brunch there.

this is my second time here and both times the food has been outstanding as well as the wine and cocktails. The service has been excellent and even the owner stopped by to check on us to make sure we were happy. I will definitely come back here again.

Didn’t make it to the main course, we couldn’t stand the experience enough to stay longer. Took a while to get our drinks and an appetizer(not . The decore and lighting really suffer here. For the price - really basic furniture, bad table lighting - no table cloths - I don’t get it… way better value elsewhere in Danville.

Really nice place and great vibes. Staff was really friendly and owner personally came to talk to us and was very kind. The food was good… but for the amount of money it cost it was just alright. There were many interesting dishes which aimed at doing some kind of fusion but honestly would have been better as one cuisine. I would say the quesadilla and empanadas were 10/10 however. The drinks were meh and desert was nothing out of the ordinary. If it were a cheaper menu , I would give it 5 stars.

Lovely Sunday brunch with mimosas and fresh veggie omlettes. Atmosphere outside is peaceful and private. The staff is on top of everything but didn't interfere with us gabbing and gabbing until we noticed everyone else was gone! What a jewel for Danville!!

We ate here to celebrate our anniversary last week. One of the main draws, when we perused the menu in advance was the Mac 'n Cheese Flight. But my husband wanted the Beef Medallions (which he said were very good!), and it would have been too much food, so I only ordered the Elote Mac 'n Cheese. Sadly, it was dry and flavorless - what a disappointment. We shared the brussels sprouts, which were delicious and the truffle fries, which were okay. (They were good fries, but didn't have much truffle flavor at all.) Our server was sweet, and started out rather well. But she didn't bring the wine I ordered with my entree, as I requested, so I at half my meal without wine and then I was left sipping the rest long after our meal was done. Worst of all, she didn't mention the chocolate lava cake dessert, which had to be ordered with your meal. We would have loved to have had it, but didn't want to wait another 25 minutes. So sad.

The food was delicious. We ordered the brussel sprouts, beef medallions, salmon and lemon dessert. All the dishes were perfectly cooked and very tasty. A true "hidden gem".

They had some very interesting choices on the menu but we chose a familiar Eggs Benedict —which definitely had a twist and was excellent. We sat in the courtyard which has a lovely atmosphere on a nice day. The service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant
