A great option for brunch. The setting is great; the food very good; and the service excellent.

This is the first time we went for Brunch and will not be our last. The service and food was exceptional and a must to try if you haven't before.

If you are looking for a beautiful and upscale restaurant to host your event or group take this as your sign to do so. Nitin and Sarab were so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They design your menu to what you're looking for and the wine/drinks selection is fantastic. The staff even helped us set up our decor and our guests still talk about how good the food was. Thank you guys and will always recommend :)

We were there for brunch and they seemed under staffed. The brunch options were creative, but execution was just okay. I ordered the deviled avocado and while tasty it wasn't quite what I expected. I also ordered a Bloody Mary and the glass it came in was surprisingly small (very thin).

Great bar and even better service. This is probably one of the coolest bars in the area for cocktails, highly recommend sitting at the bar and chatting with the owner if he's there he for sure will whip you up something unique. Perfect spot for a date night or to grab a drink and some bites

Love love love this place!! The food is so unique, super friendly staff and the manager/owner is so creative and attentive. Can't wait to be back here for a girl's night coming up. So happy they started wine wednesdays and thirsty thursdays here

Absolutely horrible. Service was good but the manager was completely rude. The menu did not represent the flavor or ingredients of the food. When brought to attention to the waitress she got the chef and pointed us out in front of the entire restraunt. The manager then had an attitude about the facts of the food. It was a horrible experience. We barely ate and left completely starving and paying 100$.

Had a wonderful week night evening celebrating a birthday with 8 of my dear friends! Dinner & Drinks were delicious & the service was on point! Can't wait to go back!

Disappointing food and slow service. Got the Spring Pappardelle which was so overcooked it was mush.

The experience was average and the food was underwhelming. Potentially their 'vices' (alcohol) may have been the main course for the establishment, rather than their 'virtues' (aka food). Service was quite slow as well, while the restaurant wasn't full. I can't say I would go there again, as overall, they were a 3/5 in all categories.

Nice experience overall! We chose fairly basic dishes which were tasty. There were other patrons there first thing in the morning but It wasn't crowded which I appreciated.

The only 2 pictures missing are of 2 kids meals: an “Alfredo” and a red sauce pasta. These two items, along with everything pictured- and NO alcoholic drinks- was an $80 ticket, and what we thought were dinner entrees (the lamb and the chaat) were starters/ appetizers…. The bread pictured was $12, the Chaat was around $15 if I’m not mistaken and the lamb sliders 🥴 were about the same. The two pastas ran up the rest of the bill. Really not impressed with the quality. The white sauce pasta was really garlicy, the red sauce pasta was quite acidic in flavor, the lamb sliders had a mint yogurt on them but whatever the aioli was trying to be it had a horseradish-esk nature to it and came with quite a bit of bite; the other thing about them that caught us off guard was how they were slabs of ground lamb… the bread wasn’t anything special and I was a bit shocked for what we got that was above $10 and perhaps this is my mistake, but I anticipated the Puchka Chaat to be similar to a samosa chaat in that it’d be warm, but it was cold. The flavor combos were strong but battled with one another and I was not a fan. I hate to say it, but I feel like virtue and vice was an incredible opportunity for cocktails and libations that had food as an afterthought once the space was acquired. I think the menu needs a re-look and the bar expanded. If this is a “new kid on the block” of old restaurants it’s not long to last. Or people with poor taste are inflating the reviews. This is also the second time I’ve been here. Last time was a year ago.

Hands down one of the best places for drinks in the bay area! I come here with my buddies and my girlfriend whenever I get a chance and it's always a good experience. The owners have such a fun story behind the place and are always putting out something new. The cocktails are worth the wait and the most creative I've had outside of the city and vibe of this place is both lowkey and fun.

Virtue and Vice has become our favorite brunch place — great menu, reasonable prices and delicious food! The service provided by Cortney today was also top notch. One of the few places in Danville with private patio setting. It's tucked away a little so a slightly hard to fine, but worth the search.
