The Acai bowl I had was good. Ingredients were fresh and it was fairly healthy. What was unsettling for me was the way I heard perhaps the manager or maybe even owner talk to both of the staff working behind the counter. She was working with a very friendly guy on inventory, and was very snippy and short with him. The other was a woman who was preparing the food. I could overhear the manager laying into her, scolding her, and being very abrasive. I think it had something to do perhaps with evening staff and their cleaning. Regardless, I was just shocked to hear how she was treating these employees. I was afraid the one woman was going to cry (she may have in her car after she left). I’m not sure it’s the type of environment I’d want to work in.

I have reported this establishment to the BBB and Contra Costa Health Department. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!! Dirty, unsanitary kitchen, I never got my food, was promised a refund twice (once in person, once over the phone) which I never got. The manager does NOT care at all and has no idea how to run a business.

I placed an order in the app at 11:35am. Arrived at 11:45am. The place is closed with a sign that says "Lunch brake (sic) 12:15 back". I can't wait here another 25 minutes for my food that was supposed to be ready at 11:50 a.m. It's outrageous for them to accept orders when they aren't actually open.

When i ordered from this place, it said it would be 20 min for my order to be ready. I came in to pick it up after 30 min. After waiting for 10 min to be acknowledged at the store, the guy at the counter said it would be another 25 min! No apology, no nothing. When i asked why it was taking so long, he just said there was nothing i can do. My order was finally done an hour and 10 min after being placed. That's 50 min later than the time it was supposed to be ready. The guy preparing it was so slow. I think they forgot about my order. Never going back to this location. The staff is way too slow. It's incredible.

Extraordinary spot for a quality supper, all leafy foods mixed with natural açai, it's not your ice and powdered character place with a ton of sugar to make you like it. Tip: on the off chance that you have a child who doesn't eat veggies, add a serving of broccoli, or kale for $0.75 inside the mix, they don't see it and take their dishes like a treat, they don't realize they are eating so sound!! Very delectable and solid. This spot is my new residence to go with regards to bowls. Any conceivable mix whatsoever, it make your own. They additionally have a dedication program and another portable application with credits and limits for rehash clients. Look at it!

All I wanted was a bowl of soup. The one listed as Soup of the Day in big color sign on the counter.The nice cashier took my order, and I paid with a debit card. Then a couple minutes later she said they don't have it. Ok, I'd like my money back. Then her supervisor can't figure out how to refund my money. He just keeps pressing buttons on the cash register, nothing happening, just awkward silence. Finally I ask him to give me cash from the register, no he can't do that for some reason. So then he gets on the phone and calls the Manager. Omg. Finally they figure something out. The whole process takes almost 10 minutes, and my receipt he handed me doesn't even have the normal refund information like a negative number to indicate refund, or the word refund anywhere on it. What a joke. Good thing I was the only one in the store the whole time, or it would have been more of a clusterf*ck than it already was.
