We stopped for a typical US burger during a transfer, good and typical prices quite good, internal and external premises have various beers of different average quality including IPA, in general quite good, nice at the entrance the signs advertising the beers including a Italian.☺️

Super friendly and helpful staff! Especially considering that it was 102° and I expected people to be a bit cranky. Seating is open-air, and there were several fans and misters to keep you cool (and keep from losing your cool!). Beer was good and ice cold. Excellent bison cheeseburger deserving of awards. The turkey melt was buttery and cheesy, made perfect by dipping in a bit of ranch. Great meal for a cheat day, made better by so many smiling faces. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing ! Not only is the service great, they are also super fast! Our food was out super quick, they have a delicious selection of drinks different beers. Our server tonight was amazing I told her I love lagunitas so she suggested something delicious. Shout out to the girl w/short Burnett hair

Is there a zero star option? We waited 10 min in line outside... then were told to go to the ramp, NOT the stairs ....not asked to go, told to go. It was so abrupt that folks in line actually laughed it off. Another 5 min waiting...then the lady outside says "2 ppl? You gotta go inside. "
There's another line inside, and ppl that were behind us in the line outside were already sitting while we waited to start our order.
THEN they came and told us to move out of the door(?)....which was the place they told us to go....multiple staff....all rude and unhappy in a beautiful sunny afternoon.

Burgers and Brew Davis has consistently provided quality food and service for years. If you want a big delicious burger and a nice cold brew, you can't go wrong at this place. I always get the mushroom swiss burger and it's amazing. Another plus is that if you want a nice little dessert, yolo berry is like two spots away.

I ordered the smoked aged cheddar burger for take out.
Food: So far, I'd rate this the third best burger in town, behind Tommy J's (aka Froggy's) and The Melt. I ordered my burger medium well, and it was exactly medium well. But it loses points for zero maillard reaction browning. I realize it's not a smash burger, but you can still get some good browning to bring out the full array of beef flavor. Second, the burger I ordered was supposed to have caramelized onions. What I got was slightly softened onions. They were still white and couldn't have been cooked for more than a minute.
Everything else was fine. The bun was better than average. The bacon was slightly overcooked. The tomato and lettuce were great. The fries are good.
Service: I ordered through chownow, which was easy enough. The restaurant doesn't seem to have a good system set up for take out orders, other than getting someone's attention and asking if your food is ready. However, once I managed that, the employee was very friendly and helpful. Still had to wait 10 minutes past the estimated time my order would be ready.
Other random thoughts: I realized yesterday that Burgers and Brew is just a block down the street from Pizza and Pints. Now I'm disappointed that the restaurant right in between them isn't called Crepes and Coffee.
