We had a great meal at My Burma, with excellent service from our server, Heaven, who was friendly and attentive throughout. We ordered a generous spread — papaya salad, salt and pepper chicken, lemongrass chicken, garlic pork, Burmese-style pad Thai with tofu, and an eggplant curry we ended up taking home since there was too much to finish.
Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, and the overall experience was relaxed and enjoyable. My Burma is a solid choice for anyone wanting to explore Burmese cuisine in a welcoming setting.

Hair in food, followed by bad service. I found a strand of hair deep fried onto my fried chicken. When I informed the server, with zero hesitation he said he saw me remove a strand of hair off my clothes and suggested that I had put that on the chicken myself. He didn’t even look at the said chicken, he just assumed we were up to no good because he had seen me pick a strand of hair off my clothes earlier outside. He doubled down on the accusation when I told him the hair is clearly imbedded in the breading and deep fried together, but even if it wasn’t, he shouldn’t accuse people like that. Maybe he didn’t like the way we looked, I don’t know, but it was a horrible experience.

Really fresh ingredients, incredibly flavorful sauces and a nice atmosphere here. Have been 5-6 times now and I seem to always get the same thing (Burmese Mix Vegetables Curry) because it is soooo tasty. Will have to try some other dishes next time but this particular dish is very highly recommended. Ask for the Hot Chili Oil if you like your food spicy. Service is great, always enjoy coming here. Fantastic!
I’ve never had Burmese food before and this was a wonderful introduction! We loved the garlic broccoli, garlic noodles, and the pumpkin curry especially! The Burmese tofu was so unique and I loved the texture.

A nice sit down experience? Solid vegan options? Tasty? Leaving satisfied? Great staff? Yeah they did a great job. Some tasty food! Highly recommend, just be aware it’s a more formal place, so I’d maybe save it for a cute date night
Short Food Critic Review:
Tried this Burmese spot despite warnings from my brother and sister-in-law — unfortunately, they were right. The dishes were overwhelmingly salty, the beef was chewy, and the flavors fell flat overall. I usually love Burmese cuisine for its layered, aromatic depth, but this missed the mark completely. On top of that, it was pricey for what felt like a one-note meal. Disappointing and not worth a return.
