I've gone here before a few times but their pizza has been inconsistent. Just went again tonight but probably not going back again after this. I ordered 3 pizzas at 1pm scheduled ahead to be ready at 5:30. Called again at 3:30 to make sure the pizzas were on their way of being ready and they confirmed it would be done in time. I get there and the pizza isn't made. How is that even possible? They tell me it'll be their priority to make the pizza in less than 30 min. 40 minutes passes and the pizza isn't ready. Every time I check in, they'd say one more minute. After 50 min, the pizza wasn't even started. I demanded a refund which they gave, but I had an event that started 20 minutes ago. Guy at the front decided to help by saying "We're new workers, what do you want me to do?" Isn't it your owners and managers job to teach you that? If you're backed up, let me know at the very least. Don't lie and say it'll be one more minute and don't have an attitude when it was your mistake. Overall: inconsistent pizzas, terrible service, and even worse management to allow this

Cenario's pizza is very good, very tasty. The service was very good however I when called to find out about the 8" square pizza I thought it was thin crust. Nothing was said to me about it being a thick crust. It was, as I mentally above, very tasty but I was expecting a thin crust.
This pizza place is the best in town. New ownership and all workers are wonderful. It's a best place to be.

My friends and I love this place, so when I had to do an Australian Pizza for my geography final(not Australian themed, Australian shaped), I knew where I would go. I walked in there tasked with acquiring an empty box. The employee gave a look of confusion when I made my request, and then a smile when I explained why. He walked over to the stacks of cardboard and grabbed their biggest box, then as he turned, proudly stated: "How about we sponsor your project". Once I realized what he meant, I laughed. This will have been the only time I have ever walked out of a pizza place without a pizza, but with a smile.
