Usually hate going to this chipotle because all the woman I’ve encountered have always had terrible attitudes, but I’m glad i stopped by this week Yarve was extremely personable and helpful. He gave great service and experience! This chipotle definitely needs more people like him!
Simple classic place to go! Really liked how fast it was to get food and the price was very reasonable. Good seating and not too grimey for a chipotle but it was still a quick experience. Quiet and good for a date spot and service is quick.

I paid 35 dollars for two burritos. Both were extremely small and not anywhere near as big as chipotle using makes them. When I tried to get some compensation on the app they didn’t do anything. Extremely disappointing

This place is a scam. World's tiniest, most expensive, most bland burrito possible. There is no way a single person who eats here is actually enjoying themself. Ask for more protein? That's $2 for a teaspoon of meat. Dare to request a little more cheese? Enjoy your $25 burrito. The cheese isn't even melted. Absolutely grotesque food.

Great food and exceptional customer service. Dylan prepared a top 1 bowl of all time for me and also vouched for the chimichurri which was super good.

It’s honestly baffling the level of stupidity of the people who work here. They’re just hiring anybody at this point. My Roomate’s and I ordered a burrito and a bowl and they someone managed to mix up our meats and add in a completely different one. I’ve work in food service for many years and it’s shocking how they can mess up an order that’s literally written in front of them. Additionally the portions of the wrong meal was shockingly tiny for a $15 meal.

the cooks do a great job but it’s the servers who don’t listen and giving the most little amount of scoop possible for everything when the guy in front of me ask for almost the same thing and got the biggest burrito i’ve ever seen. An they are very impatient when it comes to anything and another time i remember this white tall dude got mad and scream loud at my girlfriend cus she didn’t know what she wanted for something and was thinking about.

Frugal, and Cheap managers who train the young staff to be the same. They skimp out on serving portions. Very often they are the type of service to take food OUT of your bowl rather then put a normal portion. In going three times. The service was always underwhelming. Dont come here.

One of the best food places in Davis! Very fast service, good quality.
Just a note - parking can be tricky to find close by, be prepared for that if you are there during peak hours, but many options are available nearby.
Was served bad guacamole it was brownish and after I had 2 days worth of stomach pains. And the bowl cost $17.80
Last time I went to Chipotle this happened many times where my stomach was killing me after.

VERY DISAPPOINTING THESE DAYS. Out of fajita at 12:05 (beginning of lunch hour), turned off the soda water, SKIMPY portions and what was recently $8-$9 now $13 plus tax. LONG TIME CHIPOTLE customer, even through their problems but no more - this visit cured me.

Hi Chipotle Team,
I just picked up a Veggie Bowl from your store, and I have to say I’m really disappointed. As you can see in the attached photo, nearly a quarter of the bowl is empty — and this is exactly how it looked when I opened it.
As a vegetarian, Chipotle has been one of my go-to spots because of the customizable options and fresh ingredients. But recently, I’ve noticed that when I ask for a proper scoop of something, I’m told it’s “extra” — even though I’m just asking for a normal portion, not double.
This kind of portioning makes it feel like vegetarians are getting shorted just because we’re not adding meat. That’s frustrating and honestly unfair, especially when we’re paying the same (or more) for less food.
Please do better — this isn’t the quality or consistency I expect from Chipotle.

Dear Chipotle Team,
I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent experience placing an online order. We were attempting to feed a group and waited over 40 minutes, only for the order to be abruptly cancelled without explanation.
We received no communication from the store regarding item availability, nor were we given any options for substitutions. The lack of transparency and customer consideration was very disappointing. Unfortunately, this left us without lunch and disrupted our plans due to other obligations.
I hope you’ll review this issue and consider how similar situations could be handled more thoughtfully in the future. We value Chipotle, but this experience fell short of expectations.
Best Regards,
