Well it is a regular Chipotle. But it gets a bit too messy when in peak hour (dirty tables, staff trying to fast-forward everything) etc. I think the food is consistent with other locations of Chipotle.

Supposed to give 4 oz of protein, asked for steak gave like max 2oz then asked for a little bit more and said I had to pay extra. First give the correct amount then overcharge customers. Guads would do better.

Food tastes good every time however the serving amounts are straight up disrespectful. Always have to ask for extra/double at this location specifically. Service can be hit or miss.

Came here with my gf, we both ordered steak bowls, hardly got any carne asada in mine so I asked if they could please put in a little more they said no and went out of their way to give me less steak than my gf. Paid $15 for a bowl of rice, left very disappointed.

The food here isn’t fresh, tastes bad, overpriced. They’re probably out of whatever you were thinking of ordering. Dos Coyotes or El Patio are the same price and the foods way better.

I had an extremely disappointing experience Chipotle The customer service was far below expectations, with the manager being particularly rude and unhelpful. As a customer, I felt disregarded and disrespected, which made the entire interaction unpleasant.
I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service and address these issues, as this experience did not reflect the professionalism one would expect. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
This is one of my favorite Chipotle locations. I read some reviews mentioning concerns about lettuce cleanliness, but when I checked, the lettuce here was freshly cut and clean. The food portions were generous, and everything tasted great. If you’re a Chipotle lover, I highly recommend this place!

I ordered it online. When I open the bag in my room, I found that there was no chip and Utensils. Only just chicken bowl. When I called them, they told me to come back and pick up chips! What?? It’s not my fault. They've done it wrong but they don’t care this at all! So disappointing! (My order confirmation number is KC2-VA2)

incredibly disgusting, food was covering every surface of the store from the food prep counters to the floor. careless staff, our bagged food containers were covered in food from our bowls being slid through guacamole and more. go to literally any other chipotle location than this one
