Our friends enjoy eating here, so we had their food a couple of times when visiting Davis.For me personally, i just don't get the fuzz really. I had better Mexican food on other places.

I really wanted to like this place, it's right down the street from where I live. However, the one and only experience I had was awful. I walked in the middle of the day and found the place looking closed with all the chairs flipped upside on the tables. I asked the person taking our order if we are allowed to dine-in and they said yes. Well, even though we ordered for dine-in, all of the food was given to us in styrofoam boxes placed in a plastic bag to-go. I went back up to the counter to ask for a plate (I enjoy eating off plates instead of out of to-go boxes) and the employee was very annoyed that I wanted a plate. Also, as we were eating our meal, we overheard the employees tell a group of teens that the bathroom was out of order and they couldn't use it. However, when I went up a few minutes later and asked if I could use the bathroom they said yes. (The bathroom was not out of order.)It's funny, this place will be a ghost town while right up the street Guadalajara's (next to Savemart) will be packed! Hmmm, I wonder why?

They would not let me use the restroom. They put ~50% ice in my Horchata, it is more ice than horchata water and the cup is not filled all the way.

Absolutely ridiculous. Customers don't need snide remarks from entitled staff that thinks they can say whatever they wish in the hearing range if customers about those customers. Was my second attemp to eat here, first time was at 7:30 p.m. and, apparently they closed at 7. This time their machines weren't processing cards after several attempts. Then come the comments. "Must be broke". Far from it, but thanks. Won't be visiting again. Enjoy your Burger King.

Need a better variety of salad dressings, only two tables, but good prices, best in town. Delicious. Lots of privacy.

Clean, Friendly, Fresh and hot right out the door.We love Mexican food and this is some of the best!I ordered a fish taco al carte. It came with fresh slices of avocado. Try their burritos! Mealy in your mouth.
