I've had drunken wide noodle chicken and American breakfast at the same spot. Both great. Super convenient spot for breakfast and lunch mixups
Sorry to hear you are closing in October. Hope you find a new location in Davis. I will miss your great lunches and breakfasts.
Food was decent. Service was nice.
Since at night, this is a Thai restaurant (yet to try that) they offer a Red Curry Omelette (this version is three onion style). My mind is blown.Beyond that, this is exactly what you hope for in a breakfast diner and rarely get. Clean tables, clean restrooms, friendly waitstaff, quick service.Having been in this industry for years lemme tell you, it is not cheap nor is it easy to cut all your veg fresh every day. Most restaurants in this genre just order precut trash from Sysco. This place does everything scratch, everything daily, and they do it well. They should be charging 20-35% more in my opinion and I tip accordingly.
My go to restaurant for American breakfast and lunch. My daughter in law raves about the Thai food and has recommended it to all her colleagues who agree with her... best Thai in Davis! They have a very varied menu all good food with great service. It's a hidden, Casual, gem.
Cindy’s has, in my opinion, the best Thai food in Davis. Consistent and delicious. I’ve heard their breakfast menu is good too, but their Thai is so good that I haven’t strayed from it yet. The panang curry and the fresh rolls with peanut sauce are my favorites!
Staff was very friendly and the food was amazing... I came back twice in one day. Chicken fried steak in the am and a spicy chicken basil stir fry for dinner... And I'd do it all over again... Thanks!
Breakfast, lunch or dinner the food is always delicious, freshly made and a huge selection of cuisines...you know it.....Can't get enough of their food.
The best meal I have had in years! So outstanding! Everything is homemade and the desserts are mind blowing ! Will eat here every chance I get! Go you will not regret it!
Great American breakfast! Can't wait to go back for some Thai! FYI, they don't open until 9am now. The nice man who helped us said, "For 46 years, we opened at 6am for breakfast. Since the pandemic, no one was coming in for breakfast before work." Very clean, great service!Update 4/27/22 - We decided to try them for lunch today. We were promptly seated and drink orders taken. He brought the iced teas - then went on to take and serve orders from others who came in after us. We paid for our tea at the register, and he realized he'd forgotten about us. Our meal at another restaurant was quick, delicious, and served with a smile.

Food and service are always great! Plus, there's never a wait which is nice. Great brunch!
Delicious. Our newest favorite spot in South Sac..... on our way to Lodi from Woodland. Friendly service, clean, fast service.
Great breakfast, right off freeway. People were very nice. American and Thai
First time there is since covid I love to eat noodle soup in the mornings for breakfast they had it on the menu and it was Heaven Sent if you love noodles in the morning great place to start. OK
Cindy’s is my all time favorite spot in all of yolo and sacramento county. Breakfast is to die for, lunch and dinner are delicious. The staff is the best in town. Liz, Earth, and of course Jerry are all funny, kind, and very wholesome hosts. Service is always fast and friendly. The coolest part about Cindy’s is that they serve both thai and american diner food, both of which are fantastic! Nothing beats getting a thai tea with your breakfast, but if you really want a specialty treat, ask for the yellow curry omlet, with chicken ! Its amazing ?!Some other great breakfast favorites of mine are: the Breakfast burger, chicken fried steak, Eggs benedict, and the french toast! Pad thai and yellow curry are on point for lunch/ dinner?!
