It's a fun place to grab dessert and walk around downtown. Though the quality of my experience changes drastically based on how fresh the cookies are. When they're fresh, it's super tasty, otherwise the older cookies taste like store-bought. The ice cream is all right, and usually is not offered in very unique flavors. Honestly, I usually opt for Good Scoop (around the corner) for some amazing ice cream, or I just bake cookies at home and throw in some store-bought ice cream!

CREAM is fabulous. I enjoy their vegan Soy Strawberry and Non-dairy Chocolate Chip options for ice cream and the two vegan options for cookies. If you want a non-dairy shake, they will water down some Soy Strawberry vegan ice cream for you. You can also get the oreo cookies for a vegan topping.

cream has always been my go to place when i'm craving ice cream sandwiches or churro flavored ice cream so with that being said tonight i came here at 650 and only two customers are allowed in each time so I waited outside for about 15 mins by the time i got in it was 705 or so and the guy working who's name i did not get but he was asian, did not greet us with a hello or anything instead said i have nothing left no cookies , no brownies , nothing only scoops of ice cream , was very rude about it , so i asked you guys don't close for another hour are you guys really not going to make cookies he said no it takes 20 mins to make , if that was the case he shouldn't have people waiting outside for 15 minutes just to be brushed away , we ended up leaving and not getting any ice cream just because of how rude he was and i am highly disappointed in cream tonight!

After dinner we needed a treat. This shop is very small with very limited seating, but we were staying next door and enjoyed our ice cream there. The churro ice cream was really good, and so was the salted caramel. We would definitely go back.

What an inviting ice cream shop! Loved all the choices of cookies, brownies, pies and cones. The ice cream was fantastic too! We tried the coconut, mint chip and mocha almond fudge. I can see many more visits in the future!

Update: came in last Niigata with my sister and friends and the asian girl with glasses was so rude to us. Every qUestion I asked she rolled her eyes and clapped her hands as if I was an inconvenience to her. I'm a rewards holder when tryiNg to redeem a reward she denied me. Very unhappy with my vIsit last night and honestly hope something about her or I will not be returning

This is definitely a location that you take your cookie and ice cream and go for a walk downtown, there isn't really any seating at this location.
