Two out of the last three times we've ordered we've been told the pizza would be delivered in 20 minutes or so. I live maybe 8 blocks away. Tonight my wife called and ordered at about 16:30 and was told 15-20 minutes. That was going to be perfect to get some food in the kids right before the nutcracker. An hour later we called to ask when it was coming. We were told it's on its way 3 minutes. Another 25 minutes went by... still no pizza. We called again and were told that there was no record of the order.
We finally got the person with whom my wife placed the order on the phone and she said that they didn't have our address. That is complete BS. We've ordered from there a number of times and my wife had confirmed the address on the phone when she ordered.
Some or all of the people that work here are completely incompetent and dishonest to boot. I get it something might slip through the cracks, but at least just give me a sorry and not some BS story.
Oh, I forgot to mention that not only did she say they didn't have our address the lady claimed to have called my wife three times to get it after my wire ordered. My wife's phone shows no missed calls.
Impossible to deal with, can't count on time estimates, and zero accountability. Don't bother ordering unless you're ok with a 50/50 chance of actually receiving your order.

The store looks clean and cool. Website is kinda implementing trying to add stuff I don’t want to order. One more thing in app points should be at least a few months. I’m trying to look for the clause for how long the in app points can be available to be used.

Received an incorrect order and they refused to refund my money after I alerted them to it. Eat here at your own risk -- or at least check your order thoroughly before leaving the store in hopes you can convince them to correct your order if it's wrong.
Updated to add: Domino's told me to dispute the charge with my credit card if I wanted a refund, so I did and was awarded a refund. I suggest others try this if they are not cooperative.

It’s a nice place to grab a quick pizza to go. The pizza is always hot and taste great. It’s nice to have a Dominos open up near down town Davis.

We ordered two pizzas from here last night, we love the specialty crust of Domino's and the pizzas were fresh, still warm and tasty. The delivery came a little late after 1:15 hours though we live relatively close.

Honestly the worst Domino's Pizza I've ever had. The crust was thin and tough like cardboard. The sauce was also thin, and tasted like it was simply warmed up tomato paste

I had such a great experience with Dominion’s! I ordered online and used curbside pickup—it was super easy and convenient. When I got home, my food looked phenomenal and tasted even better. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again!

I've ordered from the G St. location twice. First time the driver was late.
Second time was during the day.the driver was over an hour past delivery time and pizzas were cold and missing items.
This store needs better drivers or mangement.
Unfortunately, im not going to get suckered for a 3rd incorrect/late order. There are other places in davis that at least try.

lucas was so nice when it came to deliver my pizza and the address was incorrect !! He was extremely nice and cooperate especially for it being super close to their closing!! his customer service was phenomenal :)!!

we ordered delivery at 10:30pm and it was estimated to be delivered BY 11:15. at 11:18 the tracker said it was at “quality check” and we never got any updates regarding our delivery since; we tried calling multiple times, however the automated message was in a constant loop and did not let us speak to anyone at the store. it is now 12:20am, and the store is closed so we can no longer get in contact with them at all. we are now trying to submit a claim for a refund, but you can not do that until your order leaves the store, which ours never did. thanks for not delivering our pizza, will not be returning ❤️

Ordered a Pizza at 10:30 delivery said 11:18. No pizza has been delivered, it’s been an hour and 40 minutes the dominos has now closed and I recieved no food, cannot contact anyone, and have received no refund.

This was, and I’m not joking the best location dominos I’ve ever been to. Team members Brandon and Javier are absolutely amazing. From the customer service to the construction of our pizza. Genuinely it felt like the both of them cared to treat me well and cared to actually produce beautiful pizzas. I say this to the management, accommodate them to your best ability. They excel in their positions and represent dominos far better than anyone I have ever encountered within dominos.

Placed an order over the phone at 10:13 PM, and was told it would be 20-30 minutes for delivery. An hour later, at 11:20 PM, I tried calling to see where my food is. The automated voice played for 15 entire minutes. While on the phone waiting for someone to answer, the driver knocks on the door. When I specifically asked if they could not knock, but call me and I would meet them outside. My partner was sleeping, my dog barks. Why give delivery instructions if they won't be adhered to? Lame ˙◠˙
