Best Hot Pot I’ve had in Davis by far!!! SUPER SPICY but extremely rich and flavorful!!! The sliced noodles were amazing!! This is my first time coming and it will not be my last!! Happy to have this in West Davis!! 10/10!! Our waiter was also incredibly sweet and helpful!
The prices were fair and had a lot of cuts of meat and vegetables that other places will not. Combos have good variety and quantity. I hope this restaurant succeeds.Good value and kind owner. Best for 3-5 people, only 1 hot plate and smaller restaurant.Spent $35 p/p (3 ppl) with 3.5 big plastic containers of left overs. Yummy!
Although I grew up in America, I lived in Chengdu in Sichuan China (often spelled "Schezwan") for several years and LOVE Chongqing style hot pot. This tiny hole-in-the-wall restaurant is the real deal, with flaming hot chili peppers, sesame oil, and numbing Sichuan peppercorns. This is not a five-star dining experience, it is a small new restaurant with a young student vibe, and hot pot can be messy--so don't dress up. But the taste is 100% authentic and the prices...
