Food is super good and the mimosa carafes were tasty and affordable! That being said, it can be hard to find seating because it's a smaller space and the staff at the bar were rude when we went. We would still go back for the food, but they should be more considerate of people who haven't been there before and don't understand which counter to order at and how the line works.

absolutely the worst food ever. deep fried everything. food is so nasty. service is the worst, crabby people to go along with terrible service. pices are way too high and portions are small. save your time and money and stay in town. not worth the drive or the time. ambiance is like a cave and an old pub.

My best friend and I came here nearly 8 years post grad just by chance. While we would go late at night before, we came in around dinner time. Alexis made our night. She deserves all of the good karma (and tips). Helped us with an apparent regular who can be problematic, all while being a phenomenal bartender.

This place is amazing! The food is outstanding - I highly recommend any of the sandwiches, the wings and the tots. Alexis, Molly , Conner and the staff are super responsive and great people. Go for the food, stay for the people.

I came here with my partner and a friend on a Friday night around 9:30 to grab some burgers and wasn't disappointed! Friday night is actually their karaoke night, and they start ID-ing to make sure everyone is 21+ if you're dining in like we did. You get a cute little froggy stamp on your hand if you are! Service was very friendly and quick, you grab a table then order at the front register. Definitely make sure you save your table! Not even like 20-30 minutes after we came in, the place was completely packed! Everyone wanted a table too, so as soon as we left ours was taken! The food was great, no complaints there. I got the mushroom and swiss burger cooked well done (I don't trust ground beef cooked medium rare), and it tasted phenomenal. I can see why they won awards for their burgers!

Stopped in for a bite on a Sunday afternoon. Only because Sudwerk's seemed to have ran out of everything I wanted to order so I left there & found this place. Glad I did. You Seat yourself & order at the counter. Simple restaurant with decent food. Pricing was a bit more than I would like to pay for a Beyond burger but was super excited that they allow you to substitute any garden/veggie/chicken to any of their burgers. It was crowded since there was a playoff game on but found a table immediately. Staff were friendly. I would come here again

I usually come to froggy's/tommy J's with the friends, not really to grab a drink. Open seating, order at the bar, wait for the food. The staff are pretty cool, food comes out quickly, prices are alright (Davis pricing is uh...hot and cold). Moderately addicted to their Buffalo chicken salad. Would recommend for a decent bite. Not much to say otherwise. No pros/cons, just solid. Parking is interesting, but when is it not?

I went a second time and got the Aggie Burger and it was amazing! I brought my friends here too and every single person loved their burgers. The workers were super nice too! The ambiance is great and Froggys is my favorite spot in Davis so far!
