How is it possible to have an egg waffle option but provide no toppings? the whole point of an egg waffle is to add toppings, not only did the online menu have topping options but the screen inside the cafe also includes the w/ topping option however when ordering at the register with this younger lady she completely denies the topping option. Either its incompetence or laziness, either way its absolutely ridiculous to price a PLAIN EGG WAFFLE AT $7. what a sorry excuse for a dessert, if you can even can it that...

It has consistently been one of my go-to restaurants in Davis. The highlight of my visit was the braised pork belly over rice. This dish was nothing short of amazing. The pork belly was incredibly flavorful and well-seasoned, making each bite a delight for the taste buds. What I particularly appreciated was the generous portion size; it left me feeling fully satisfied.

It was a hot Sunday afternoon so my boyfriend and I was on a mission to find a cold snack. We've been living in Davis since college but never tried Honey D so we decided to do it today! We were surprised to find out that they sell food/snacks! For our first time, we tried the tofu pudding combo and it came with glutinous rice balls and shaved ice underneath the tofu pudding! It was refreshing and not too sweet! We also tried the popcorn chicken and for an avid popcorn chicken addict I would rate it 9/10-tender, savory, and crispy thin batter. I wish they had spicy mayo or something but we also didn't ask because it was good by itself! The service was pretty quick and pleasant. Stores is instagram-able and cute decorations! Would go again!

Good place to get some Taiwan cuisine. The rice and noodle dishes are good! I like the 'durian tofu pudding' the most! You can get a rich flavor of durian and then the almond pudding is so smooth and tasty.

They are soooooo hood. I am so happy to have come across this restaurant. I get the beef over rice almost every time & their apps are on POINT!I also love that they accept cash payments. This is one of the reason I found them, because almost every other restaurant would not accept a cash payment... but it worked out in my favor. Can't wait to eat there again ?
