Pricing is mediocre, but the portions are on the smaller side. I ordered a pork chop with onion, the meat is flavorless. We normally get limited or free refill on Hong Kong style milk tea in LA area but not in here. Considering charging $3.75 for an 8 oz drink is way too expensive, it isn’t freshly brewed to the ones who charge less for refills and make it fresh.

Went for an early lunch. Food is good but they need to work on their decorations and keep the lights on. All restaurants are having hard times during this pandemic. I would recommend this restaurant cuz they deserve it. Friendly service too!

This place is great! Ordered roasted duck + steamed rice - came out fast, good quality, inexpensive.

Got the bbq pork and not only did the food not match the picture (iceberg lettuce instead of bok choy) but the lettuce was brown and smelled rotten (see picture). The pork wasn't very flavorful and the rice was overcooked. Won't be returning.

A small, underrated restaurant in Davis - we ordered the mapo tofu rice and wonton soup and both were decent. The menu was crazily long (lots of interesting options!) The mapo tofu rice wasn't as spicy or authentic as expected but the flavor was pretty good. The wonton soup was very lightly flavored but satisfyingly filling. Would definitely go back with some adjustments.

They serve not only Cantonese dishes, but also other flavors of Chinese dishes like Sichuan spicy ones. Tasty enough for the price, and I like it also because it is not that americanized. Hope they can keep it that way.

Yummy Chinese food on the way to Tahoe. We came here for the supercharger. The taste of Hainan Chicken rice is better than any places I tried in Bay Area. It will be my place to go every time driving to Tahoe.

I recently tried this Chinese restaurant with an interesting Hong Kong diner themed menu couple times. Fish meatball in curry sauce on a skewer is a popular Hong Kong street food. It is served here (sans skewer) as an appetizer. Another type of distinctly Hong Kong food is teasingly called soy sauce Western. They are rice or spaghetti casseroles baked with a protein in a red sauce or white sauce. The red sauce is lighter than marinara sauce and is too sweet for my taste. The white sauce is more like what is in chicken a la king. The wontons are pork heavy instead of being mostly shrimps in the authentic Hong Kong style. Like many places in the Pacific Basin, Spam appears as a breakfast meat, sandwich meat thanks to WWII and Pax Americana that followed. It's not the best Asian fusion cuisine but is fun and unique with its own twists.

Not great / not bad, gets the job done.

Their hot and sour soup was really bland and not worth the $12 I paid for on Doordash. It came in a quart sized container, so the portion was very good, but it tasted like nothing! The temperature was hot, but the taste was bland. I had to add white pepper and a lot of salt. Now it's a little salty but no sour at all.
