Sushi was as good as should be expected from a land locked city like Davis. Everything we tried was tasty, but what wowed us was the service. We were there at lunch on a Wednesday. Our server was super friendly and accommodating. Furthermore at $25 plus tax and tip, it was economical for AYCE sushi.

AYCE was amazing. Delicious food, fantastic service. Went with my friend for his birthday and we had a wonderful time!
When I came the first time it was well served and the fish cuts were thick and enjoyable. The second time around was a bit lackluster and was not the best tasting.
For large groups of people it is not worth coming here. But for small private dinners it is nice and enjoyable.
