This review is specifically for their pies which are pretty popular, especially their Marion Berry pie! I was trying to go recently on a Saturday to pick up some pies for a Friendsgiving and on Yelp and Google it said they closed 7 and I got there around 6 and it was already closed, maybe out of stuff already? Other people were trying to walk in as well but the worker had everything put away. Located right off of the freeway Mace exit, they have their own parking lot and looks...
The bad: pies not so good anymore. Crust is meh, used to be buttery and flaky and now is flat and chewy. Apple filling was undercooked so apples were crunchy.
The good: Satsuma season now, Ikedas is the best place to buy them.

Got a pecan pie and coconut cream pie. The pecan pie was good as usual. However the coconut cream was freezer burnt and was 5 months past the the date on the bottom which we didn't see until we got home.
