I went through the drive-thru and everything was going well even the employees were kind but we asked for ketchup and spread and they didn't deliver after we mentioned it twice. Food was good but could have been tastier to my liking.
The food is good for its price. The staff are kind and responsive. The sitting area does not have comfortable chairs in my opinion and you can't find a cozy place to sit and enjoy your food. It can also get pretty noisy and crowded but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Burgers are okay, fries are bad but that's a common sentiment due to the way they're made. Milkshakes are sometimes way too thick, takes an entire hour just to melt. Friendliness of staff depends on who you get, sometimes they're nice sometimes not. Though if you do ask for Spread (the Thousand Island type sauce) make sure to ask very nicely and order more than just one burger because each Spread packet costs the restaurant a lot so staff don't like it when...
