I have literally been here over 100 times, and not once have they ever messed up my order. The drinks are spot on and consistent each time. Great tea flavor, not too sugary, and very well mixed. Nothing extraordinary but a very solid milk tea that always hits the spot. They certainly can get quite busy (especially when school is in session), but they make drinks very quickly. The only sad thing is that they no longer have the Rose Milk Tea as an option on the menu, which was my...
I placed a special order here today, and the staff were incredibly understanding, patient, and friendly. They went out of their way to help me, making the experience truly enjoyable. The milk tea is fantastic and definitely worth coming for. Highly recommend!”
