I spent 22$ for my food. I specifically asked for a number 14 and only got the sandwhich and I asked for 3 orders of tacos! The girl taking the order specifically said in total I’d like 6 tacos which I replied yes. Come to the window I get my bag and I don’t see my drink nor my fries for my combo and when asked she said she didn’t charge me for the combo. At this point I was already late to where I needed to be so just left it at that. I get home and I only got TWO TACOS. I PAID 22$ AND DISNT GET MY ORDER. Idk if she is new or what but it shouldn’t be that hard to understand. I tried calling MULTIPLE times and no one answered the call and I even got hung up on! What’s the point of working a job if you don’t even do your job in the first place.

It's fine. Service is not rude but super friendly either, helpful polite what youd expect. Food fine. Orders are usually correct, online, apps etc. Drive Thru open late that's a plus, considering everything downtown David shuts down and there's nothing to grab late night out.
I never come here because they almost never have tacos when I want them, but I decided to give it another shot today (230 pm march 7th). I walked in and off the bat I noticed the place was really smokey, it looked smokey, and smelled pretty bad. Two employees were working back in the kitchen and one was on her break in the front of the store eating. There was a man at the register seemingly waiting for any acknowledgement. I saw the two girls in the back kitchen area (one older lady, one younger woman) each look at the guy, but not saying anything to him. After standing there for about four minutes and shrugging, the guy turned around to me and said "they're not paying any attention to me" and walked out. The girl taking her break looked at him, heard him, but didn't acknowledge him. Maybe because she was on her break, it's not her problem. After standing at the counter for a minute the older gal asked if I was there to pick up doordash, I said no, and she informed me I could order from the kiosk. After I ordered from the kiosk, I had to tell the employees I needed to pay for my food in cash, and the older lady informed me she would have to "see what she could do"? (apparently some cash registers weren't working properly, which is why she told me I had to order from the kiosk, why she never informed the poor guy in front of me, I don't know. )... so I said "don't worry about it" I ended up leaving without food, and with my money still securely on my person, much like the guy before me... Look, I've worked for service, I know what it's like to be slammed and short staffed with Doordash and drive thru. That's NO excuse. The employees need to be trained to acknowledge and help customers who are in front of house when the want or need it. That was, well, ridiculous. When I left I literally said to myself "well, that is the last time I give this Jack in the Box a chance"

Good food, great service, but I ordered a burger on its own and a regular shake and it was almost $20, definitely won't be coming back unless prices are lowered

Its kinda shady for the area not very friendly but not rude at all bland food and service for the cost not worth it... and the parking is kinda cramped its not "bad" but its definitely not good
Vegetarian options: Its all cooked together so there is no real "veg" option
Kid-friendliness: Meh there is not real much space and its a very limited amount of seating
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and ramp door available

Worst Jack in the box I have ever seen! It smelled like pee all over the place , the bathrooms were disgusting and smelled really really bad! I ordered my food and while I was waiting I saw the kitchen was extremely dirty! My girlfriend got stuck in the restroom! And she wasn’t even able to use it because of the smell and cuz there was trash on the toilet! I didn’t even care that I had already paid for my food, I don’t wanna risk my health just for $30

This is the worst place to get fast food in Davis. From food being served at unsafe temperatures, menu items continously of stock for weeks and the cleanliness of the building. I tried to place an order in drive thru and was told they didnt have large cups, and when my order was repeated back it was a completely different order! Do not eat here! This is not the only issue ive had. The owner needs to learn how to run a business, the manager needs to be fired for not knowing how to order. I would rate this place 0 stars if i could.
Instead of some "witty" canned reply, you would think maybe the owner/company would take these complaints seriously because this place has stayed at this crappy level of quality and service.
