I had a really disappointing experience at this location on the evening of July 26. My friends came to visit me from San Diego, and I wanted to show them this place — but unfortunately, it let me down.
The service was terrible — the girl at the counter was very rude, and I won’t be coming back here again. I love visiting the Sacramento location and always leave in a great mood — I go there at least once a month. But this place was completely different.
My order was incorrect, and the girl clearly added extra ice on purpose. I ordered two toppings and only received one popping boba, which was frozen and had a weird, jelly-like texture.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into who was working that night. It’s important to make sure customers are treated kindly and that orders are prepared correctly — especially when people bring guests hoping to share a good experience.

Sadly they dropped their vegan food menu. You can surely still customize your boba order to be vegan, but don’t expect another more than that.

I love this place so much. It's such a chill space. THEY HAVE A COWCH AND SWING FOR CUSTOMERS! I've been coming here for years, and I definitely recommend this spot for a little treat or a meal. I have a collection of their glass bottles

The Says me- sweet black sesame latte was good but too sweet for me. I would request less sugar next time.
Place had a special for first 100 Customers and they get a free water jug. I ordered 2 milk tea drinks and I asked for glass but they gave me plastic (due to the loud music they were playing). My friend also order a popcorn chicken, it was nice and hot but it lacked flavor unfortunately. They also have a lot of food options which they looked great. Will definitely try if I have again.
Parking: Parking lot maybe a bit small so be careful of fender benders.
