I called in asking for no pepperoni on my pretzel pizza n couldn't understand what the Indian was saying so I repeated myself but it shouldn’t be hard understanding no pepperoni he didn’t even care to ask for my name and hung up abruptly I got there and they messed up my order and put pepperoni on the pizza, then slowly made the second order so inconsiderate of my time and rude didn’t even apologize. Should be ran by people who speak clear english and actually care about their customers.

I don’t like giving a bad review but this is a safety issue & pizza issue. I ordered the Hawaiian and it was so thin (supposed to be regular crust) My pizza had hardly ANY cheese on it. I can see the crust when I had to RECUT my pizza bc it was sloppy and didn’t cut through the slices. BUT like I said, I’m not a complainer. I said to myself maybe new worker and let it slide, ??♀️and we ate our supper.I ordered online for it to be a “no contact” delivery through whomever the company has. It was not little Caesar’s delivery person but through a delivery service anyway.I’ve seen these drivers on bikes, mopeds, scooters, etc. That’s fine and how they make their living. However!! My “Peace of mind” courtesy sticker gave me no peace of mind. I know mistakes happen BUT I also ordered Italian cheese bread and the sticker on that box was put on the same way! My daughter served out the pizza, so I didn’t see these until I was cleaning up the kitchen and frankly, it made me nauseous.The driver had a hard time finding my apartment, so when he did, he knocked and waited for a reply. I opened the door and he handed me the boxes of food. (Even though it was supposed to be a contactless delivery, but that was nothing major) I wish I would’ve looked closer to see the stickers not stuck correctly but I literally grabbed from him and I handed directly to my daughter. Btw, if stickers are put on correctly, the stickers are perforated and would have 1/2 of it stuck to the box.I have no idea if anything was done to my pizza or not. If it was delivered on a bicycle, or whatever. The point is those stickers are supposed to be secured on the box as this is the purpose of it. Definitely a safety issue. I’m one of those people that has a “peace of mind” knowing my food wasn’t tampered with.So, I ask, is it the drivers fault or Little Caesar’s fault if for some reason we get sick?! I still have an unsettling feeling. Like I said, I let a lot slide and usually do, but this was a safety issue piled onto the other errors. It disappoints me because I love Little Caesars! ?
