Its disappointing its not super busy when it deserves to be packed. Simple, picky-eater-proof, restaurant quality food for outrageously reasonable prices. Equivalent melt burger anywhere else, especially in this area, easily costs $13+. Plenty of variety that will have me coming back just to try it out. I stopped in for a late night meal, I didn't quite know what to expect. Local Kitchens is reminiscent of a small college dorm cafeteria/dining hall, with an open floor plan, iPads to order and kitchen staff behind a visible industrial kitchen.
