Do not trust the online reservation system for collab events. It’s just clickbait to get you to download the app, and ultimately serves no purpose.
I registered for the event and showed my ticket, but was told the food giveaway was already over—even though people arriving after me were still getting in no problem. The event staff assured me that I could get an equivalent amount of credit if I registered an Eventbrite account and returned after the event. A week later, no credit appeared. Turns out, Eventbrite stopped issuing credit since early 2024.
I had to walk away exhausted and starving. Wouldn’t even have been as frustrated if the staff had just been upfront that the giveaway was over and flyers mentioned no registration required. Instead, a "fake" registration was used to bait people in, and because of the event I can't even buy stuff with my own wallet until it's over. What is the point of registration if it was nothing but a fake pdf?
I'll give them credit for the food quality, but I won't be supporting them again. Be aware of their future collab events.

I placed an order for my son through grub hub and the order was received in a timely manner and he enjoyed the burrito. It was the second time he ordered the beef Birria burrito so I guess it’s good. I may have to try it myself when I visit him up on Davis.

Really impressed with the diversity of cuisine and consistent quality between them. Nashville chicken and BLT sandwich were delicious, fast service and good price. Indoor seating or service isn't really emphasized but that's probably not the point, great takeout with easy online ordering

Please turn the AC down its an absolute blizzard in there at all times ? . Maybe add a drink machine from Coca Cola with a wide variety. Make sure the french fries don't sit too long. But other than that this place is amazing ?

I tried the Bacon SOB from Sweet Onion Burger today. In terms of flavor, I'd say it's on the same level as The Melt (which SOB replaced.) However The Melt had 1/3 lb burgers, while SOB is only 1/4 pound with slightly higher prices. So, in terms of value, it's really not there.

The food almost makes up for the shortcomings in the service dept. It's basically self service from an iPad and if you get behind an idiot you can spend an hour just getting your food. One guy tied up the line for 20 mins. The food selection is great because it's like 7 restaurants in 1. My party of 5 each got food from a different place and we all thought the food was delicious. The average wait once you get to an iPad and place your order is about 20 minutes. So if you only have an hour for lunch, go somewhere else. I had to change my order to take out and run back to the office.
