I had a disappointing experience at Mamma last Saturday during a celebration for our group. Despite having made a reservation, the staff showed little kindness or hospitality throughout our visit.
They repeatedly asked if we wanted to take our leftovers in to-go boxes, which felt intrusive rather than accommodating. They tried to take the food in front of us although we were still eating. Additionally, we were a large group and expected more bread to be served, but when we inquired about getting extra, we were told there would be an additional charge. This was surprising and frustrating, as it seemed unreasonable for a restaurant catering to larger parties.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t focus on the celebration because I was so disappointed with the service. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and warmth made our experience far less enjoyable than we had hoped. I won’t be returning.

The osso bucco and rigatoni was delicious. Also we are a big fan of the Bougey

The Pizza is very good and the place is very comfortable and comfortable to eat there.
The only thing is that they don't serve you the coffee because their machine doesn't work.

Truly one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. My Asian parents blindfolded can make better pasta than this. I ordered the pasta arrabbiata, told them to make it extra spicy. It was so bland, not spicy, and seemed like they put pasta sauce with no cheese and zero seasonings. Two stars only for the fabulous waiters and waitresses. Do not come.

The food is decent. My favorite dish is the Chicken Caesar salad - you get a large fried piece of chicken which is cooked well.
The last time I went, I went with a largish (about 12) group. While eating the ice from my water (yeah yeah enamel), I found a sharp shard of glass in my mouth (thank god I didn't swallow it). I took it out, looked in the cup and found another smaller piece. I was shocked, showed my friends, and told the waiter. We watched as the waiter went to the manger(?) (we were in the back room and she was visible). We could not hear what was said, but the manager didn't appear concerned at all. If I had to guess, she thought I was lying and trying to get a group discount or free meal. I think this was her assumption because the waiter came back, did not apologize, and offered me a free dessert, which I gave to the person whose birthday we were celebrating. The manager never came over or said anything at all. Pretty shocking in my opinion, and haven't been back since (even though the Chicken Cesar is a decent deal). If a guest had almost swallowed a piece of glass, I would think it would at least warrant an apology.

The food and decorations was great. Unfortunately, i felt a little left out on the first time i came here. Got seat down at a table and wait for 10 minutes with no one came to set up table or asked me to order anything and they keep serving other tables. Not so busy either. Lightly disappointed.

Excellent Italian restaurant! The pizza is really delicious, like in Italy, we also ate an excellent meatball dish and an excellent eggplant lasagna.
The service was fast and friendly.
We stopped here on the way to Lake Tahoe, we will stop again next time too ?

Mixed review: We loved sitting on the patio (& our table stayed shady enough in Aug. Wait staff was moving umbrellas around a lot) I loved the complimentary bread w/olive oil & balsamic, so I was really disappointed in our dinner: Prosciutto salad. The ingredients were good but it felt like a BIG bowl of Arugula with no...zest, no pizazz, just an "eat this massive bowl of greens". The pizza followed & major disappointment. It was barely luke warm & super soggy. (I should have sent it back). The wait staff was good & our lemon waters stayed filled. We didn't order drinks. I might go back to try the pasta, but it's not cheap, so we'll see.

Good Italian food, a little on the pricier side but still reasonable.

I just visited with my mom and daughter for the first time. The food, atmosphere and service were all spectacular! We ordered the salmon, lasagna and pizza. ? For dessert we tried the cream puffs and chocolate mousse. My favorite! ? I'd like to give a special shout out to our server, Emilia. She was very gracious and kind. I understand that there are a lot of mixed reviews about food quality and service however our dining experience was a fabulous one! ?
