Fantastic hot chicken, others are being harsh in the reviews. They have had consistent quality with me so far. Absolutely love the chicken.

Ordered them from DoorDash. Usually they’ve got good food, but today I got my food and the bread was a heel not a normal slice. No big deal but still would prefer the slice. Then after I was halfway done eating it noticed this at the bottom of my fries.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST CHICKEN YOU WILL EVER HAVE. This location is always suuuuper fast with delivery. The seasoning on the chicken and fries and sauce is MIND BLOWING. It's safe to say I am addicted. When they ran out of the proper fries, customer service texted me apologizing and offered me a $5 credit for my next order, just amazing. I will continuously go to this location. 10000/10.

I ordered the food through Doordash. The sammwich was very good I got it medium and it was not spicy at all but I am impress how savory and juicy it was. The chicken is crispy and juicy.

Chicken was not as cooked as I had hoped. Only reason I’m posting is because I emailed them and never got a response back.

This place is very hit or miss. The first couple times I went, it was great! And they kept sending coupon codes. But then it started going downhill.For one, they ignore whatever "heat level" I choose for the chicken. It's either max heat or zero heat, completely random and no in between. Second, the quality of the chicken seems to vary quite a bit. Third, why I finally stopped going, they undercooked my chicken sandwich.On the plus side, even though they stopped sending out coupon codes, as of the last time I ordered, the ones I had still worked.

This is a super neat concept where there are multiple restaurants under one roof for whatever everyone in your group is craving.Speaking for myself, I am STOKED that I don't have to go all the way to Sac to get Nash & Proper anymore. I've ordered pickup as well as delivery to Dixon and have been super pleased each time.Please support this local spot!

Update: no response from business after trying to reach out over a week ago in their “attempt” to fix the issue. Avoid this establishment.Came in here on 8/12/22 and was disappointed. The establishment wreaked of sewer, the chicken was extremely oily and over cooked.The fries were cold and they offered to remake them. However, the individual who ordered fries had to wait over 20 minutes after everyone else was done eating to get them remade.Overall, cool idea, but we won’t be back to this Kitchen. Too many food vendors in a small space is not realistic or logistical.

One of the thickest chicken sandwiches I've ever done had (just look at the pic, y'all). Mild+ had a subtle heat to it; perfect for those who don't want to explore too much spice wise. Juicy and delicious with an aided crunch from the coleslaw. Crinkle-cut fries were nothing special but paired well with their tangy ranch.

I got fries and a “Sammich” which were very good. I’d be careful choosing the spice level since medium+ was making me sweat a little.

The chicken comes in 5 degrees of hot. I chose mild. Glad I did. It had plenty of heat and was delicious. The “naked” level was the choice of chicken my wife chose. The “naked” chicken had no heat, but it was very delicious.
