The service was great, he was very patient taking our order, and very friendly. Ambiance was very relaxing, with soft relaxing music in the background.Spam masubi was soooo goooddd!

The benefit of eating from here is that they give you copious amounts of food for what you pay. That said, the food is homely and the menu’s pretty unhealthy. Honestly merits a 2/5 but I’ll rate 3/5 because the cashier was nice. Categorize under “cheap college food with ethnic options.” Don’t see myself coming back.

I am know on Google for my honest reviews. Very poor food quality. Super oily food. The meat was mostly fat. Super unhealthy and a dirty tables. Very poor service too. I don't recommend at all.

so grateful for this hawaiian place being close to not only the gym, but also the dorms! short wait and despite the restaurant being super tiny, i like going by here late at night for dinner :) i got the curry chicken katsu and it was pretty good

Worst food quality and service. I went there to get a to-go order. The guy at the register asked me for here or to-go. I said to-go. Then he asked me do you want a bag.. I was like.. How am I supposed to carry my food ? I said yes and he charged me for a bag. That was weird.. When the food came, he just put in a box next to me and said here is your food.. I said , can i get in a bag? He said, it's extra charge.. Bro i just paid for your bag.. Then he gave me a bag. He wasn't even feeling sorry or anything. And food is not that good either. There are lots of options in the Downtown. Never going back.

I did not like this... I ordered Fish Tacos and macaroni salad. Tacos were boring, until I went back and asked for hot sauce. Still, it's just fish sticks with lettuce and shredded carrots with an interesting sweet hot sauce. The macaroni salad was also boring. The hot sauce is like 4 stars, but everything else was bad. Atmosphere...bad. I think this is my lowest rating ever.Bad.

No. I'm sorry, but these aren't spam musubi. Your spam portions have been getting smaller for the last five years or more —But this is too much! ...by which I mean, not nearly enough. ??However otherwise the amounts in the dishes have hardly changed, and the quality isn't too variable - although, it is noticeable (salt levels, etc.). The Kahlua Pork is my #1 pick ? give it a try! But, NO on the spam.

The portions here are very big. Had enough food for lunch and dinner! Prices are reasonable as well. Had the katsu this time around I'll try the grilled chicken next time.

This was the first time trying Hawaiian BBQ in Davis. Located inside University Mall, this small spot has a great vibe and is very chill. I went a different route getting their fish tacos and spam musubi. The girl at the register was super nice and attentive to making sure I ordered what was good. At the moment, it wasn't busy, but slowly picked up while I waited. It was around a 10 minute wait, and the food was great. The fish taco was delicious: the fish was freshly cooked, and those veggie portions were extra generous. Musubi was just as good. Can't lie: I was full, and didn't eat dinnerOhana in Davis represents Hawaiian BBQ positively, and left a good impression on me

Writing this at the restaurant, third visit. Easily the worst spam musubi I've had. My first thought was that this must be what jail food is like. I'm sure it's actually worse in jail. The food is ok at best. There's no reason to come here over Tim's unless it's late at night .

Ohana is located in an extremely convenient area right near the trader joes in Davis. It's a great quick spot to eat if you don't want to go all the way downtown. For me, it was the perfect post-workout meal since its so close to the UC davis gym. The convenience is more valuable than the food itself however. It is a decent hawaiian bbq restaurant but I'd still prefer most other spots. Sometimes my stomach doesn't feel so good after eating a plate of greasy chicken katsu. The mac salad isn't my favorite either. I do like to get the bbq beef however since its more manageable than some other plates.

After a 4 hour nap, I was starving so I can here around 8:30 pm to check it out. The location is really interesting, let's just say. It's like a regular store but it connects directly into a very small mall. It's also to-go only. There's about 5 tiny tables you can eat at but you're probably better off eating at home I got the Hawaiian BBQ Mix: ribs, beef, chicken. There was 1-2 people ahead of me so the order took about 20 minutes. The beef is really good. It's not too chewy or too dry. It's quite flavorful not too salty but with sweet undertones. The chicken has less sweet overtones and is tender. The salad underneath is kind of bitter. The ribs are slightly too chewy but the taste is better than the beef. I got only rice instead of half Mac salad and rice so next time I might get it how it is. The meal is good but it feels like it's missing something sweet to balance out the meal, since the rice is plain and the meat is salty with sweet undertones

Good place if you are looking for Hawaiian food in this town. BBQ and katsu platters are worth trying. As other diners, Ohana Davis raised their prices by 10-20% due to COVID-19. So it feels (and is) a little pricey but their comparable value remains fairly stable.

Very poor customer service if you order over the phone! the food wasn't ready when i arrived to pick it up at the arranged time.
