I had high hopes, and the place looked good, but we still had a mediocre experience. We were slow deciding so the person at the register suggested we move to the back of the line, so we waited a bit longer. Not a problem. After we waited for our coffee and pastries the cashier apologized that they had sold out of what my wife wanted to the person before us. No disrespect when I say this, but can you guys please re-train Danna on how to make drinks? The past 4–5 drinks I’ve had at this Philz tasted like bitter coffee water. When I order, sometimes I lowkey pray she doesn’t pick up my order because I know it won’t taste the same.
This is one of the biggest Philz I’ve ever been in. I’ve been in four different locations, and this one could be my favorite. Although I was visiting from out of town, I would definitely make this a regular stop for my caffeine addiction. If you have the app, I would suggest ordering ahead then just go in and have a seat and wait till your order is called.
