The couch area has not been cleaned for at least 2 weeks. There are flys swarming there are weeks of trash swept under the couch, stain from a spill and wet moldy napkins stuck to the floor. It's the worst cleanliness of any Phil's or any coffee place I can remember. I would just do it myself it would take 10 minutes! This place needs new management for sure. Totally incompetent
I recently visited Philz Coffee in Davis, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the coffee and the service. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends.

For a coffee place the coffee was below average. Personally I prefer McDonald's coffee over this watered down drink. Atmosphere was good and location is great.
