The most bland pho I think I've ever had. Sorry to say because the service was very friendly and I was so happy that they have vegan options. Got the tofu spring rolls and the spicy vegan pho and both were so bland I couldn't believe it. Definitely wouldn't come again.

I like it here. Depending on the mood/day, I get the chicken pho or the pork banh mi (good slurp and crunch). It's a great spot that's right next to campus. I love the logo and menu layout too, which is a small but satisfying touch. It also has a ton of options for people with different dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, omnivore). I love the interior too. And idk like it's a kinda a vibe to eat here in the late afternoon and watch students walk/bike by as the sun sets. The staff is friendly too, and I've never had to wait to long for my meal to come out. Eat here.

serving is small, and the price is too high for what it gives you. The soup is basically not drinkable. Mot enough meat at all for 18 dollar pho. Please improve quality. Please don't go here. Sit Lo pho place downtown is much better quality.

I came here and I kid you not I ate everything! I was shocked it was all that good and so inexpensive for how much food it was! I couldn’t even get how amazing this place was! The pho had so much flavor and the sandwich was like no other restaurant! These were the best spring rolls I have ever had!! I’m from the Bay Area and there are so many pho places and this place doesn’t even come close to them it’s by far superior! If you’re in the area come check this place out! Best place in this town and that’s also including the Bay Area!

My favorite pho spot in Davis!! Everything is so fresh and delicious. The staff is always super friendly and great! I usually get the #12 which is just stake pho. The appetizers as well super good, especially the egg roles or pot stickers. I tried the mango smoothie and Thai tea SO GOOD.

Spring rolls were no good. The pho/ broth left a thin layer of oil on my lips. The cashier wasn't much help pretty passive aggressive. I wouldn't eat here again.
I wish I could recommend this place. I wanted to love it. I came in with my Dad. The service was absolutely unacceptable. The young woman working sat us and left. Then when taking our order she leaned on the table like we were taking forever.. The food was quick to come that was nice. Not once after receiving the food were we checked on. I had to find her to ask for a to-go container. 20 minutes go by after receiving a to-go container and we aren’t given a receipt so I assume we just go up to the front since we pay there anyway. (There’s signs on the table stating to pay upfront.) The woman is helping a group of young men, I’m assuming they’re students at UC Davis and she is of course flirting with them. Not a problem i’m just waiting my turn. She sees me and displays obvious attitude saying you know you’re supposed to wait for a receipt right? Well I waited and one was never brought to me. She then asked what table were we at and obviously I don’t know what table number we were at. The table numbers aren’t even displayed. Again she was very irritated at this point and told me to go over and show her. I truly wanted to make this a regular spot but i’ll go elsewhere.

2.5 stars. I ordered a bun bo hue and salted plum drink to go and I am very disappointed. I already knew the reputation of Pho King being not so great so I didn't have high expectations but it was raining and I was walking so it was the closest place. The bun bo hue might be a regional difference but I've genuinely never had bun bo hue like this. It actually shocked me. I can't pinpoint what threw me off but the lemongrass was shredded into small bits which made the soup have some sort of texture? It was so strange. The salted plum drink was nice though and despite the other reviews -- I had good service. I would not come back again unfortunately.

A top tier restaurant with a top tier name. Pho had superb soup flavor and great meat, all around very well made stuff, and their coffee was excellent as well. The staff were very helpful and attentive!
