Came here with friends to celebrate a long week of trainings. Servers were nice but did not check in with us enough, waited for our check awhile. I ordered the miso pasta with shrimp, and crab wontons both were so yummy! When we finally got the check it showed no itemized list but we proceeded to pay and tip 18%. When we finished and got a printed recipet we found out that on top of our 26 dollar tip they charged us for a large group without us knowing. Our tip ended up being 60 total. Kind of a scam since they never mentioned an added charge for 6 people like most other resturants I've been to.

The hours said they close at 12:30am. We arrived at 10:55pm and were told we had 5 minutes to order. We left. It's no longer on our go to list anymore.

The service was excellent. However, the food was less than average. The menu had spring rolls listed, and what they brought me was pretty much egg rolls. I was surprised to find it in a Thai
restaurant because it is a Vietnamese item. Also, the rice was overcooked. I honestly know Thai food, and this place does not serve Thai food . The food lacked flavor and was overpriced. I do not recommend this place at all. It will be a waste of your money.

Came in Sunday night with my wife. We were helped by a bearded guy who wasn’t very friendly, then proceeded to take our change as tip without our confirmation. Food was fine, but both food and service have trended downwards since the last few years.

I've been coming here for about 15 years. Now that we don't live in Davis anymore, we still stop by whenever we visit. The following dishes have always been consistently delicious: Red 88 fried rice with Asian sausage, and Spicy crispy eggplant. I have not been able to find a crispy eggplant like the one they make here! The ambience is great (we like to come here during slower days like Sunday since we just come for the food). During my college days I definitely enjoyed the alcoholic beverages they had here. Customer service can be a hit or miss depending on how busy it is but for the most part we always enjoy our experiences here.

A favorite of mine and my friends, specifically for the curry rice (with chicken)!
I've tried a variety of dishes on the menu. While some of them are eh (the birria noodz) and others were good but not outstanding (spicy crispy eggplant, spicy ramen BBQ pork), the curry rice slaps every time!

I had a wonderful experience in this restaurant. It was our first time there we came Saturday for lunch. It was quite empty during that time so we were able to receive our food quite quickly. There’s a larger variety of different foods especially Asian fusion, there’s a great variety of cocktails, but there was an amazing Thai tea, I also really enjoyed the pumpkin fries and their mango salad. The waiter was very kind I hope to go there again.

Absolutely fantastic place! Took a friend here for dinner on a Friday night. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, and even though they were busy, we were able to get seated and eating in a reasonable amount of time. The avocado/cream cheese rolls are to die for! Great menu assortment, and portions were generous. They have a lot of drink options, and the Thai tea was delicious. Will be back soon!

The food was okay, though I wouldn't touch the ramen. Interior was fairly dive. The real issue is that I ordered a $15 special, pointing to the full menu page labelled $15 special. That they didn't say anything about. Come the bill, the meal was $28.When I asked they said "I didn't read the fine print."

So good, and they are super accommodating of dietary residents. So glad to have a delicious and fun place to go downtown.

We were refused a pitcher of watermelon sour patch vodka because we were ‘wasted’ when coming in. The waiter claimed we said we were wasted, we were merely giggly and coming from a wine tasting 20 minutes away. We had one drink and were refused service twice for the second drink we wanted to order. First having been told, he would reassess after our first order. Then being told, ok I’ll bring that out, then finally being told for the second time, he couldn’t serve us. We were having a nice girls day out and this flat out unwarranted denial, feels unfair and insulting.P.S my sober enough self wrote this immediately after the encounter.
Stopped by for lunch today. The food was amazing! I had the Red 88 fried rice with Asian sausage and the fried avocado/cream cheese rolls. Service was great too. Friendly staff and we didn’t wait long for the food to come out. Cool drink choices as well! Will return.
