The coffee is delicious and there is a choice of bagels and pastries. We finally found a place in Davis with excellent coffee.

In the middle of Lake Street. Running Rivers has organic coffee in the morning with Village Bakery pastries, lots of outdoor seating and pet friendly. Going to come back later to try some wine.Parking: Lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids!

Eric has a wonderful and hospitable energy. He can always share interesting stories and conversation on a wide variety of topics. And he creates an atmosphere that makes it inviting to strike up conversations with other patrons. The western theme interior works well.

Such a fun wine bar to visit in a small little corner of west Davis! The owner is so lively and fun and you can tell he truly cares about your experience and his work. He passionately described all selections and we got to taste his homemade sangria at the end. It was so good! We even brought in salads from lamppost pizza next door and he provided bowls and salad tossers! Wonderful experience and can't wait to go back!!

Eric is a great host and walked us through an assortment of wines during our tasting. He even broke out a delicious sage infused wine based off of a family recipe. Great selection of wines, including Native American owned wineries and European wines, great atmosphere. Highly recommend

Awesome place, great place to go after a long day in front of the computer (remote working). I feel some normalcy here! Thanks Eric!

I went into Running Rivers to get their great Sangria and ended up buying a bottle of Rose wine. The owner told me how it is from the Bordeaux region and there's great rose there blah blah blah. I bought the bottle for $25 and then found it at Trader Joe's the next week for $5! I expect a wine cellar to offer rare finds NOT what I can buy at TJ, and a markup from $5-$25!!!! In some ways I take responsibility for buying it but its pretty shady business practice.

Live music with blues on Friday and reggae on Saturday. Carefully chosen wine selection and great service. Eric lets you bring in your pizza from Lamppost Pizza or other places in the center. So you can have dinner & a show on the weekend. I'm posting this on a Saturday night and the band is great, the fans keep it nice and cool and the wine is tasty. Check it out!
