This is my favorite place to go to when i'm wanting something quick, affordable, and fulfilling! I love the salmon onigiri! The beef one is also my favorite! The service is quick and they're super friendly!

I recently passed by this restaurant on my way to TJ's and decided to give it a try. I ordered pork buns and cream cheese buns as well as a dragon roll sushi. The lady taking my order said the buns are still in the oven and I said I would wait. The wait was worth it as I was blown away by how fresh and flavorful they were. The buns were warm and fluffy, with a rich, savory filling that practically melted in my mouth. The dragon sushi roll was also exceptional - each piece was carefully crafted with fresh ingredients and a delicate balance of flavors.The restaurant is clean and airy. The decor was simple with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. The staff was attentive and friendly. I saw another employee coming in. He washed his hands thoroughly before starting his shift. I so appreciate that!Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a welcoming, comfortable setting. The freshly baked pork buns and freshly made dragon sushi rolls are a must-try, and the friendly customer service only adds to the overall experience. I will definitely be returning to this gem of a restaurant in the future!

This place is a hole in the wall! It is very small and doesn't look much. But the food is amazing! I got the chicken teriyaki bento box with a side of salad, rice, and california roll. They were all delicious! The rice to filling ratio in the sushi was just right. I also got the beef onigiri and it filled me up quickly

We got food to go, and it was just not very good. My wife had the ramen, and she said it was just a step above instant ramen (in terms of broth and noodles). The other things that went into the ramen were good she said. I had a slice of the pork, and it was decent. We also got a beef teriyaki bento and a chicken teriyaki bento. The chicken was closest to what I would call teriyaki, but it could have used more seasoning. It also came with a California roll (the rice wasn't prepared properly, and it was mushy) and a salad drenched in dressing. The beef teriyaki was the worst bite of the night. The beef was horrible. It was obviously stir fried (ie boiled in oil) and was so incredibly tough to chew. It didn't taste at all of teriyaki. There were also mushrooms in it for some reason. Did I mention how tough the beef was?I tried an onigiri and it was made of the same beef as in the teriyaki. Horrific. I guess the thing to order is the pork buns, because that's what seems to be the thing that most are raving about. Stay away from the beef unless you're training your jaw to bite through a steel plate.

Super cute little shop tucked away inside the mall. They have a couple tables and I could see myself snacking and studying here on a regular basis. I heard the baked goods are what this place is known for so I that's what I have tried so far. They were delicious! I recommend giving this place a try.

My sisters and I stopped at Davis to go to Sacramento. Upon arriving, the place was empty and there was only one worker there. He didn't really speak English only Spanish so we had to point on what we wanted. The place is a bit off, they sell pizza, onigiri, sushi, ramen and bakery items. The ramen was a bit disappointing. The broth tasted like it was watered down and a pack of ramen in a cup would've tasted better. The sushi was okay-ish. The eel tasted soo fishy though.The onigiri was pretty good! Rice was seasoned well and the filling was pretty tasty. We would come back here for the onigiri and hopefully the bakery items next time.

If you think this place does BBQ pork buns "even better than in The City" then you need to go somewhere else in the city. The bread was OK. The filling made me wish it hadn't been filled. Just wasn't good. As for the ramen- it was as if someone had gotten really good at reconstituting those packs of dry noodles. Was better than opening a pack of Top Ramen but not by much. The meat portions of my bowl were okay and the egg was a little overdone (solid yolk) for a bowl of noodles. Also, when ordering a bowl of "spicy" ramen, they charge an extra buck. That'd be okay possibly, but they forgot to do that and instead gave me a portion of spicy paste on the side. They also make ?pizza? here. No further explanation needed. An explanation of a "cheese top" would have been nice. "The tea is then topped with a layer of cream-cheese foam, which usually consists of cream cheese, whipped cream, and sweetened condensed milk, and served with a sprinkle of salt." bit.ly/3XGW1cW The flimsy sign out front hanging from the awning is gone so it's not exactly easy to find it randomly. Maybe try the salmon onigiri. Best of luck finding it- the area is small enough that it shouldn't take too long.
