I took a huge food risk today and it paid off! I decided to go to Crêpe Bistro at the UC Davis Silo today for breakfast. I decided to ordered the signature Fresh Strawberry Crêpe and a Caprese Panini. I am not a huge sweet-breakfast-food-in-the-morning kind of person, nor am I a person who usually orders a hot sandwich with no meat in it. I decided that the foods sounded too appealing for me to pass up and I took the risk. My food was ready very quickly after I ordered it and the presentation was A1. The strawberry Crêpe was incredible. It was very deliciously sweet with the whipped cream and Nutella without being too heavy or filling. The flavor profile of the panini was fantastic. The mozzarella was incredibly and the fresh basil and tomatoes were a great touch. Overall I'm incredibly pleased that I took this huge gamble that paid off, and I would 100% order these two items again. Will surely be coming back in the future :)
