This Starbucks always gets my drink wrong and/or doesn't make the drink correctly! That's why I've switched to mobile order to make ordering easier, but I don't make complicated orders neither. For example, I ordered Starbucks' cold brew w/ salted honey cold foam (no modifications whatsoever) and I received a cold brew with plain cold foam. No honey crumble & no flavored cold foam. I was in a rush so I couldn't wait for it to be remade. I'm not a fan of bitter coffee, so it will just go to the trash. The other day when I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, it was basically all milk, barely had ice, lacked caramel & was missing a shot of espresso.

Drinks are made in a timely manner. Most of the time good service, can get rude cashiers, but not often.

Short Snapshot. Starbucks was fine, though they didn't explain that nitro cold brew only comes in one size until it was time to pick up my drink. I was expecting a large drink

Today I ordered a caramel cloud macchiato, this is what I received. First off wrong lid should have sippy cup and no straw. There was no espresso it had cold brew with extra sweet cream. Then a little bit of cloud on top. Very sweet and had a bunch of clear syrup at the bottom. Must be someone new! I didn't want to be one to go complain so I bought one from a different Starbucks for comparison. Good one on the left, bad one on the right.

Some of the drinks don't taste good. That's all. I put in a mobile order and when I got to the store it was ready to go. I'd come again but I don't recommend the Coconut latte? The new drink Caramel apple spice is good but it's just marked up steamed apple juice with syrup and whipped cream. Super good though

They mixed my hot chocolate with the previous order (chai). So now I have a chai hog chocolate. That means they cross contaminated my beverage with the previous beverage. They also left out my whip cream. There were only 3 people in front of me...and 3 people making drinks. Whoever worked on December 16 at 7:10~ish pm is not a good worker that can upheld food safety standards. Or follow food handling service.

This is a nice Starbucks right across from the UC Davis campus. Always busy but they get it done, and the staff is always friendly.

Oh yikes! I stopped by this Starbucks for a late lunch pick-me-up. You know - lazy mornings but ya girl still needs that sugary coffee! I mobile ordered a soy mocha cookie crumble frappucino, no whip, so that I could pick it up once I got there. Imagine my surprise when I finally get to Starbucks to find... a drink that's 75% full at best! What. The. Heck?! Still sleepy and exhausted, I asked the barista if this was the whole drink, and she snapped back "It's what came out of the blender." I asked her to clarify since I've gotten this drink before (everyday for a whole week actually) and this is the first time that I've seen it be only 75% full. She got visibly frustrated with me and said "Yea. You asked for no whip so once we took the whip out, this is what came out of the blender." What? Like, I understand that there is whip both inside and on top of this drink, but Starbucks has set lines to fill ice up to a specific point after all the liquids/syrups are added in, so there is literally no excuse to have there be open space. Did the barista not fill up to the line with ice? What happened? It wasn't until my partner told me to let it go and contact corporate instead, did the barista finally snap "Look. You want me to remake it. I'll remake it!" in the angriest tone ever. We told her that she told us the drink came like this, so we'll just contact corporate instead to see if it's actually the case. After leaving the store, a friend pointed out that it looks like there was whip present in the drink, but that someone had scraped the whip cream out. He pointed out that there where white spots around the top of the drink, conveniently located where the 25% missing part of the drink should be. Hmmmmm. 1 star for the barista, but bumping it up to 2 stars because corporate apologized on the barista's behalf and gave us a credit to reorder the drink on another day.

In reading reviews about Starbucks locations, I want to know some key features about each cafe. This Starbucks does carry your typical drinks, pastries, and to-go lunch/meal items. There is no drive-thru here, but they do offer mobile ordering, as do most locations. We've used the mobile feature quite frequently, which is great because lines can get really long here. It's nice to be able to quickly park, grab your prepared drink and pastry, and then hit the road again. There is one bathroom in the back of the store that can also generate a line. I've been a few times where it smelled quite unpleasant inside, but of course part of that is due to usage rather than cleanliness. Just don't sit at the tables in the back and you're set. That being said, there is an average amount of seating here but it fills up so quickly during the school year and especially during finals week. There are about five tables out front with umbrellas too. Sometimes the parking lot gets crowded but I've always been able to find a spot. If you ride your bike, there's a large bike rack to use out front.
